There were 3 adults and 1 small child in our group. The room was quite cold. The radiator in the bedroom didn’t work at all, and in the living room, only one of the two radiators was functioning. For 4 people, we had only 2 small blankets, which were not suitable for two people. I asked the receptionist to help resolve the issue, but he came, looked at the radiators, and left… We never saw him again.
At night, all the radiators stopped working, and I think they completely turned off the heating. There were very few dishes available. The bed linen was in terrible condition and torn.
For the same price, you can rent a nice apartment with better conditions.
