Very close to the sea, however for a 5 star hotel there is a lot of problems with the room. (broken shower holder, the mattress that is a bit worn, or a lamp that doesn't work properly) the staff is nice and helpful. The equipment is designed to fit or suit an average person, so if you are a bit taller or bigger the bathrobe or some spa equipment won't be fitting you properly.

I was there with my family for three days. Everything was perfect. However, I think parking is definitely overpriced. I understand that everywhere is expensive these days, but a hotel night is already expensive enough. On top of that, parking costs 200 złoty for three days. That's excessive.

I can recommend this hotel for families, especially in the summer period, when there are animations for kids. Good swimming pool for smaller ones, but there is also a sport one. Very good restaurant

the hotel is a bit reminiscent of the PRL style after a light refresh, the rooms are not very big, but there is no tragedy. the most important thing is that it is clean, the style as I mentioned may not be breathtaking, but it deserves a fairly good rating, it is far from the best. Great hotel for families. Nice kids play room, awesome heated pool and a selection of kids activities. The rooms are well equipped and the breakfast selection is amazing for every flavor.

Roomster need updating, service at the reception is Little bit cold. Problem which i have is that upon arrival you can't sort everything with one person at rhe reception , you have to do some walking between getting your room, food and medical treatments. To me Little bit messy and disorganised.

Hidden additional costs everywhere. 45 złoty for parking, 25 złoty for a bathrobe, 6 złoty for a fruit. I was afraid of doing anything and being charged for it.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Ok, we booked an apartment which apparently it’s a private owned but in the same hotel (a bit strange but anyway) the apartment was great and the communication with the owner was also great. We had underground parking spot for 60 PLN/day, we had access to the beach and few restaurants around. Plenty of stuff to do with a toddler, no time to get bored so...

To begin with, the staff at reception were very friendly. Then we complained because there was a wedding two rooms next to us and it was extremely loud. We were told that it would go on until 4 a.m. I asked for a new room and said the noise and loud music was unbearable, and we were told no, there was no other room! Amazing hotel and amenities. Hotel is right by the water; wonderful breakfast is included. We found it strange that there was no room service besides cleaning out the garbage's. For the price of the room daily room service of switching out towel and making the beds should have been provided. Besides that, we had a great time!

Unfortunately, I stayed in this hotel only for one night. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room has a pretty goog size and comfortable. Hotel is in a prime location. I really liked that hotel provides a drinking and sparkling water for free. It clearly demonstrates that the hotel takes care of the guests.

Everything you'd expect a 4 star hotel to be. The rooms were extremely big and the view was pretty. There's also a pool with 4 Jacuzzis and 2 saunas. I used the pool and gym everyday and the equipment is good. The food was also tasty, freshly made pancakes made infront of you for breakfast.

This place had its prime in the 1990’s or so, and not much seems changed since then. Not really deserving of 4,4 stars as its average rating. It’s clean and quite well kept, basic needs met, but lacks charm. Mainly retirees staying. Indoor pool was the main reason we booked it, as it was a rainy July.

Great location , just 250m from the sea, You can relax in spa , go to the gym , play squash or swim in the pool / relax in sauna so there are a lot of possibilites to spend time. Actually there are a lot of hotels in Kołobrzeg but i felt the i'm paying normal money for quite good hotel.

Not a couple friendly spa hotel This hotel was good if you bring children, but not for couples: Bad food! Really not worth the money - we bought dinner included but only used it once. Breakfast was not good either. The pool and the spa was too cold (a spa should be min. 35-36 degrees, not 33). The cleaning included no bed-making and no vacuming. Poorly! The food was terrible - I pointed out to the waitress that one of the dishes was sour and inedible... so she turned around and left, the rooms - and I was supposedly in the best apartment - needed a general renovation. The carpets are so dirty that you can't even stand in your socks. The furniture is battered, the sofa is impossible to sit on because it slides open immediately. Unmotivated...

A new hotel on the Baltic Sea. The beach is an 8-minute walk away. The hotel has a small pool and sauna. Massages are also available at the spa. Breakfasts are very generous. There is also a bar and restaurant on site. This hotel is suitable for families with children.

Well, this place has its upsides and downsides... Rooms are cozy and clean, bathrooms are nice. There is also small clean pool. On the other hand is the quality of the food. Breakfast is always same, dinner pretty much too. Sometimes I had a problem to choose what to eat... Overall, 2.5 I guess.

Great hotel and spa just 700m from the beach. They offer amazing food and service. The chief is from Philippines and is very nice person. Rooms are clean with great room services in place. There is a small pool with water gymnastics offered for all guests everyday.

Mona Lisa is close to the beach and 3,5 km to walk to Kohlberg, it's also possible to take the bus. In Podcele, the direct surrounding of Mona-Lisa,there are some Options to buy snacks and drinks and some restaurants, one shop for arms and a little airport for sportplanes. The hotel is located close to the train station and the beach. The breakfast buffet is standard. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Luggage can be left in the storage room. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel.

Clean, comfortable and I was impressed that they could make the veg diet of 650 calories a day into 3 course meals. Nice swimming pool and good choice of exercise classes included. I went with a Polish friend and it would be impossible to follow the speeches by the nutritionist otherwise. We were given handouts at the end, but I didn't get around to translating anything. I lost about 7.5 lbs in a week...

The resort looks unassuming from the outside. But that's just a deception. A friendly lady greeted us at the reception desk and explained the resort's rules. Very nice place, spacious room, good breakfast

Great location. Pets allowed. We stayed with our cat two night. He also enjoyed the saying at the hotel. Modern room and very functional. Nice mirror in the toilet ahaha selfie mirror. We had balcony :) Friendly stuff. We didn’t use the breakfast option. It was weird with WiFi. Maybe because our room was the last from the beginning of the corridor. Also no hair dryer.

The rooms are genuinely "just to survive" some of the coverage of the cables had been pulled off. No mini fridge or anything that could cool. Along with that there was no air conditioner, sleeping was a nightmare. There were a bunch of stains on the carpet, following that theme, the counters of the bathroom were stained with toothpaste. Through out our whole visit there was a weird smell in our room...

Lovely rooms. Water tea coffee etc supplied but not topped up daily. Self servive beakfast was good with a nice big selection but could be really busy and the seating was very tight.
