If you like mass-produced, all-you-can-eat five-star hotels, you can definitely treat yourself to the Maritime. We won't be coming back!

Great accommodation and excellent hotel service; most of the staff spoke German or English. Requests were met, and friendliness was always a top priority. The rooms are nice and large. It's a wonderful place to take a walk on the beach.

Very nice for adults.
A very nice hotel with plenty of amenities. There's a great selection of food. Perhaps not entirely suitable for children.

The hotel is located in an ideal location, very close to the beach. The hotel has 5 stars, but in my opinion it is too much for this facility. The rooms are already slightly worn, and the rooms on the first floor are not soundproofed enough. We could hear water flowing in our room all night long, the sound came from the corridor, and the ventilation grilles in the room were humming all night long. The service at the main reception was helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the same could not be said about the older lady serving at the Spa reception. The lady was rude, unpleasant and constantly complaining (someone walked in sandy shoes - bad, someone turned off the light in the Spa - again loud comments to customers). Breakfasts were very plentiful and delicious.

Nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The only downside was that our room was a bit too cold. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and the location was great.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. As others say, the hotel have seen better times and some of the rooms haven't been renovated for quite some time. But the worst part was service - the staff at the reception, including (or especially) the manager, were very rude to us and at times aggressive. I would recommend to stay away if you want to spend some quality time by the sea.

I've never experienced as terrible of a time trying to book a hotel by phone.

I've called, been transferred, waited 15mins, transferred again, been given 2 incorrect phone numbers to call. Called again, no one at reception seems to speak English. Was told to write an email. No response. Called again 1hr later, same lady that only speaks German and Polish. My German partner got on the phone to request a room and she hung up on us. Every time we called, we had to wait for an answer.

I'm so frustrated right now, I don't even want to stay here anymore.

It should not be this hard to try to book a stay somewhere.
