Room very comfortable and tidy.
Service at check in and out was great.
Only downside was the gym, it was mentioned online to be opened 24/7 but on arrival I was told it was only open from 7nto 22.
It was also very small and it appeared to be open to the public for use, so was often very packed with what didn't look like hotel guests.
But I did manage to get some use of out it.
Staff is helpfull and welcoming and the service is nice as well.
Rooms are a little worned up but really good overall.
Underground parking is heated as well so winter time is great.
The breakfast has very good varieties for both kids and adults. The food at the restaurant also tastes very flavourful and delicious. The only issue is for dinner where the service at the restaurant is very slow and can get a bit tricky with kids.
The staff overall is very polite and friendly..special mention to the breakfast buffet staff for being very considerate towards kids, offering additional hot chocolate for my 5 year old , making it easy for my 1 year old with special baby cutlery and being very fast with clearing the mess my baby made, is worth mentioning. Thanks Maja, Martyna, Gosia and Natalia, the wonderful staff during the morning buffet.
A big thumbs up to the hotel and staff.
Staff were friendly and food in restaurant was really good. Since I’m a vegetarian I was really happy to see such a good vegetarian meals .
We were travelling with a dog.
What I didn’t like was the cosmetic tissues in the bathroom, they were too hard… felt like a paper for hands that you can find in public toilets.
