Sadly, we only set foot inside our room long enough to decide that in the state the place was in, we'd need to find other accommodations for our stay in Lagos.
Our room was damp, dark, and very worn out. Bedding was damp and old. Pillow cases had mascara stains on them.
The furniture was old, worn and dirty. There was no soap whatsoever left for guests in either the kitchen area or washroom.
We left as soon as we were able to secure another spot elsewhere.

My apartment was nice, clean and spacious. Bed was comfy. The complex is in a good location. It was peaceful. Not so good - the men who work at the pool. The man behind the bar grumpy and always huffing, seems like an inconvenience everytime he serves an English person at the bar. The little man guarding the pool is awful. Constantly shouting at people for bringing their own water to the pool. Shouted when my toddler was in his small inflatable in the pool. The pool was almost empty and were nowhere near anyone else. Not friendly at all. Ruins the otherwise great complex.

Nice place nice apartment but seriously let down by the jobsworth sat guarding the pool... won't let children use inflatables even though we are the only ones here, sits there looking through binoculars making sure no one is eating or drinking anything that isn't bought here, brought a can of coke with me that I bought here yesterday and he wouldnt let me drink it! Won't even let you through the gate if you are halfway through eating an ice cream and makes wait outside until its eaten! Seriously get a life!!! Totally ruined the place!

While booking it was saying Mountain view or pool view, reality was view blocked by another building.
For a hotel charging more than £120 per night, we expected free wifi, reality was they wanted to charge 6 Euros per day for the WiFi service. Again for a place charging that amount of money, we have expected to get hotel/grade beds and bed covers, disappointing, see the pictures.
The swimming pool has no towel service, so if you use the towels provided with the room you are left out without clean towels further rest of your stay.
If you book their you need to have you'r own soap and shower gels because they are not provided. Except of the location, it was not a good experience. We don't recommend it for families looking for quality accommodation.

Nice large apartments with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, nice kitchen… should have stayed here longer instead of leaving for Albufeira…

If you like being woken by barking dogs whom are allowed to roam free from 05.00 then this is the place for you. We complained but management said they could do nothing. They foul everywhere and chase the cars of people going to work. Don’t waste your money.

Property was average. Room smelled a bit like pee and no hand soap was provided. There were plenty of linens, it was walkable and never struggled to find parking. The covered parking was underground and the spots were TINY and nearly impossible to use with a rental car that you’re not accustom to. Staff was nice.

Nice dept for a family of 5, well equipped and really well located about 15 minutes from downtown and nice beaches. Totally recommend for families with kids
