As a family we had a great time. We were welcomed with so much warmth and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond to keep our suite impeccably clean and well-organized, always paying attention to the smallest details. Each time they cleaned the suite we returned to a beautifully refreshed room, complete with thoughtful touches that made us feel truly cared for. Their professionalism, warm demeanor, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction are remarkable.

My children always have a lovely experience at the hotel’s play area. The space is always clean, safe, and well-maintained, with a good variety of activities to keep children engaged. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff responsible for the play area - Geraldine - she is very friendly, attentive, and genuinely great with kids and everyone . Her warm attitude made all the difference. Highly recommended for families!

Best residence in West Bay! Spacious apartment, really good cleaning service, perfect location and above all the best attention from the staff, who is available any time for any help or need and make you really feel home. I have visited the hotel in the Eid Al-Adha occasion and I was surprise with the lobby set up. There was a counter with Arabic Sweets, a man serving Arabic Coffee and the flower decoration around the fountain were so elegant. The smell in the lobby was really nice.
The front office staff were so polite and helpful. I had a coffee at Gourmet House and the taste of the coffee was perfect. The service of the place was excellent!
I highly recommend to this this hotel and the facilities!

A special mention goes to the housekeeping team — Jovelyn, Emily, and Gene. These three individuals provided exceptional service, handling every aspect of our room's upkeep with care and precision. Jovelyn's attention to detail, Emily's thoroughness, and Gene's supervision ensured that our room was always immaculate. Their professionalism, courtesy, and warm smiles created a wonderful atmosphere throughout our stay.

We were also fortunate to be assisted by Jenny and Abeer at the front desk, along with the entire front desk team. Their exceptional kindness and unwavering support truly made our experience unforgettable. Chau, the front office manager, provided amazing hospitality, further enhancing our stay. The professionalism and attention to detail displayed by everyone at the front desk were outstanding, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay.

What impressed us most was the staff's extensive knowledge and training, which shone through in every interaction. The entire team demonstrated a level of expertise that reflects the highest standard of hospitality.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Kempinski Residences in Doha for two weeks. My suite was spacious and clean, so I wasted no time settling right in. The breakfast spread was complete with lots of healthy options, and the restaurant staff was especially kind, they even remembered my favorite part of my breakfast (chia seed pudding!) Rudy was the hotel engineer, he was so knowledgeable, he fixed my internet issues with swiftness. Mr. K at the front desk gave me peace of mind after I accidentally left my room open. He meticulously went through security footage, ensuring my room hadn't been entered, proving how much safety matters to the staff. Mr. E was the manager, and i hope he knows his team is doing a fantastic job. I totally recommend this place to those who want a peaceful stay in Doha. P.S. the suites have a dual washer and dryer, complete with a full kitchen. How convenient is that?
