Hi,
My experience with the hotel it was not good my first day when I want to do check in at the time mentioned 2pm I find the room was not yet done and reception give me the key without yo know if ready or no when I go I find the room really so bad and smell not good. I ask them to give me other room the manager was from Philippine he even didn’t look to me and he said that is fully booked, then I didn’t accept the room he said that there’s 2 rooms to check so mean he don’t want me to get it. Second day someone in the parking touch my car I go to him the manager to check the camera he reacted like normal like nothing happens I show him the pictures of my car and the other car who hit my car he told me that he will check and no one back to me. The cleaning is not good they come always on harry and room smell very bad.

The plugs are british instead of international so I couldn't charge my phone, we asked in the reception for an adapter but they didn't have one. The views are stink, the windows covered with sand and the buildings are ugly. To be expected for a middle eastern country. The bathroom is pittyful, the shower has no door, theres no mat for the shower and there's only one towel. The rooms are ugly and lackluster in terms of furniture. If you're a foreigner staying overnight because of a flight transfer, DONT STAY HERE

It was my first time experience to stay here and I highly recommended their excellent quality and service. I would like to thank the hotel receptionist and the duty guard officer for being helpful, friendly and accommodating. Definitely, this will not be the last. This four-star hotel exceeded my expectations — all rooms are spacious suites, offering comfort stay . The location is unbeatable, right in the center of the city with easy access to everything. The facilities are very good for price I paid : I used the gym, it has beautiful swimming pool, versatile function areas, and one of the largest spas in townWhether you’re here for business or relaxation, this hotel offers the perfect blend of luxury and convenience. Highly recommended!”

After I checked in on a cold and rainy day in February, I discovered that the hotel had no heating system—or at least that’s what the front desk told me. I requested maintenance to check the issue, turn off the fan (which was blowing cold air), and fix the TV, which wasn’t working. However, no one ever showed up. When I asked to cancel my reservation due to the uncomfortable conditions, they refused. I would never recommend staying here, not even for half a day.

Manager doesn't make a quick and right action about the complain in this hotel. Very terrible experience! Bathrooms are leaking, appliance not working and very slow/don't give guest requests. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Friday morning break fast was awesome and surprisingly tasty amongst many restaurants I have visited so far in Doha. For Indian foodies, this place is a must go.
Restaurant is clean, neat and tidy. Food is worth of money, staff is extremely polite. The restaurant has ambient interiors and pleasant atmosphere.
The only problem I had faced, was the unavailability of parking place, and some ongoing construction sites, which makes the place almost invisible, but that can't be considered as restaurants problem, however just an inconvenience.
Restaurant is clean, neat and tidy. Food is worth of money, staff is extremely polite. The restaurant has ambient interiors and pleasant atmosphere.

Doesnt have a parking so the least they could do is answer the phone so they would prepare ur dri k and u wont have to stop in middle of the road and cause an accident!! They always disconnect the phome or just put it on silent.. i even called them in front of the supervisor to show him that its not ringing in the shop and still claiming its working!!! Fix ur service and specially ur phone!!

Costa with a dedicated smoking area, but there has been a smell in the smoking area for the past 10 years and they have never fixed the exhaust system , it starts make alot of noise every now and then and smells bad , worse than airport smoking areas

No easy parking and access hampered by temporary sewer pipe across entrance. My local so put up with these, let's be honest, not unusual Doha inconveniences.
