In a perfect location walkable to Metro station , staff are super friendly. Breakfast are all same everyday but tasty. One thing that can be better is the unstable water pressure. I’m lucky to occupy a parking it seems vacancy for car park is so limited.

Well located, close to the main sights of Bucharest. The room was clean and the concierge was professional but the room was a tad small and too hot to my taste (though this was an issue for me in other hotels in Romania as well).

The hotel is in a great location! Take the bus from the airport to the University Station, then pass through Old Town and you're there in 10 minutes.
There are restaurants and attractions nearby, all within walking distance.
The room was spacious and provided slippers, which was great. The mini bar items were also very affordable.
The front desk staff were incredibly helpful.

Everything went absolutely wonderful. Especially considering that administration upgraded my room for free. The bar on base floor includes great selection of spirits. Additionally, we had a well-done breakfast.

Centrally located near Old Town, room is a bit small but clean, and the restaurant within the hotel serves not only good food but also with exceptionally outstanding service as well.

Great food, winter is cold inside and the service is good, but not great. I recommend to order by the phone for a take out.

They have good food even if the place doesn't look like it. Pasta is nice also the pizza

After 40 mins waiting for the food they told us to wait another 20 minutes, when we complained people that had arrived later had their food they went to get our bill for the drinks... Assuming we wouldn't eat anymore. Finally we got a pizza and a salad after another 10 mins, which were OK value for money. The location and the place is good, but the service is very slow.

Service was ok but it took a long time to get the attention of the staff. It's good value for money and the staff are friendly, the food is responsibly tasty.
Areas to improve:
The food did not come a described, the pizza was described as having rocket but instead came with basil and the starter of vegetables was described as coming with aubergine and didn't. My pasta was also lukewarm.
