Impecabile. The room, the service, the breakfast, the room service lady. They accepted early check-in (they had free rooms) and they accepted late check-out for a fee. I loved it. And the best decaffeinated coffee ever. That you front desk to put up with my needs while pretending you were happy about it! My only hotel while in Bucharest.

It was a really nice stay. The room was not that spacious but the view was wonderful. Breakfast was very nice.

Amazing location . Everything was a 5 minute walk distance . Clean rooms and modern hotel . Would stay there again 100% !

Great location - within 10-15 mins walking distance from most of the main sites. There’s also a metro station about 4 mins walk for visiting the other sites. It’s also a 4 mins walk to the meeting points for most tours.
Hotel room - double bed was actually a double bed! :) Not two singles put together. Good amenities provided such as disposable slippers, shower gel, separate shampoo and conditioner, hand gel, body cream, face towels. Surprisingly no bathrobe was provided given the Hilton name but still a good hotel room overall.
Cleanliness - generally clean but have knocked 1 star off because a couple of the towels had other people’s hair on them when I arrived. However these were replaced with clean ones during room cleaning.
Staff - good level of spoken English and understanding. Most of the staff were friendly. They were able to accommodate my request for a quiet room.
Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its convenient location.

Great Location – But Book Entire Stay Upfront to Avoid Price Jump
Hilton is in a great location – right on the border of the main road and pedestrian-friendly areas that lead straight into the old town. Perfect for exploring the city on foot.
When I arrived, I checked out the available rooms and asked the receptionist for the current rate. The price through Trip.com was considerably lower, so I booked it online and received a substantial discount for the same room.
I enjoyed my stay enough to extend for a second night. However, I was surprised to find that the price for Monday night had jumped up significantly and matched the original reception rate—much higher than my first night. Same room, just a higher cost.
Tip: If you're planning to stay more than one night, I recommend booking the full duration upfront through Trip.com to lock in the best rate. Prices can change daily, and you may not get the same deal by booking night by night.
Overall, a comfortable stay in a great spot—but be smart with how you book.

Facing first floor room to club so couldn’t stay one more night. You sleep like you are in club. I called reception and they told me their calling the police during 02.30 am. Unfortunately couldn’t sleep well because of noise. Either you turn on ac and hear ac noise or music from clubbing.
Also price doesn’t worth and change. I booked before and during my stay it was %25 cheaper. What a policy. Only good thing facing nice building in the entrance.

Worst sushi ever!

Food was ok, but could be better. I am not eating sushi, so review is based on the other food in the menu. My wife said sushi was good, though. Ambiance is so-so, being in a mall. Service was ok.
