Excellent location, in the heart of Bucharest. It is surrounded by many fashion stores, coffee shops and restaurants.
The rooms are big and quiet. The bed and especially the pillows are comfortable. One big plus of the room is that apps like Netflix and Youtube are working in the TVs.
The room service is fast and the food is delicious.
Me and my girlfriend stayed in Radisson Blu Bucharest from the 23rd to the 26th of January. It was such an amazing experience from all points of view. All the staff members went anice and beyond to make our stay seamless. At the check-in we were welcomed by Valentina that has quickly registeres us and provided all the information, she was great and helped us during our stay for everything we needed...
Trying to be fair so 3/5
Let’s start with the bad because wow. Zero oundproofing. We were on the 5th floor, but the hotel has this open atrium where you can literally see all the way down to the lobby. Which also means you can hear EVERYTHING. Bathroom smelled like sewage. Only an overhead rain shower, no handheld one (personal preference, but still annoying). What’s NOT a preference is the fact that...
Had a great stay. Check in was delayed because hotel was so very crowded during my stay. Long queue, no early check in at 10am. Came back at 12.30, still so crowded and still no room. Then came back at 4pm, when finally manage to get checked in. Very friendly and helpful staff tho. Got upgraded as a VIP member, but this time no welcome snack or nothing on my room. Room was nice, beautiful, and clean...
Very beautiful hotel right at the centre. Close to many attractions. The pool was refreshing! I recommend
They could have been nicer and let us stay in the room past 12 o’clock, especially since I added money on the first day

Great hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent service. Everything was well organized, and we felt very welcomed. Highly recommended.
Nice hotel! The rooms are bigger then other similar hoyels and real clean and comfty! There was no minibar in the room. The restaurant is nice as well. Staff at the reception was real polite and helpful. There is parking which is real nice. I will come here again for sure because prices are very ok and the rooms are very nice!
The hotel room rate is a great advantage of having breakfast and unlimited internet service included. Also the price is also extremely affordable. It is also nice that the general usage areas of the hotel are designed very colorful and comfortable
Huge hotel with good enough service.A bit far from the centre.
OK hotel, Breakfast is excellent, but a bit dark. There is that kind of small lakes. Also close by a cheap shopping centre
Large hotel complex. Different types of rooms. A wide range of services. Near shopping center with a supermarket. Located on the outskirts, convenient to call with the bypass road. There is a Parking lot.
Bucharest, Calea 13 Septembrie 90 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Nice hotel in center . Good for business and torustic trips.
I was very disappointed with my stay. There was a strong and unpleasant smell of sewage in the rooms, which could also be detected from the hallway, even 10 meters away. I was on the 5th floor, and despite the hotel’s reputation, this was not what I expected.
Additionally, loud music from a nearby bar or restaurant continued until midnight, making it very difficult to sleep. I had to keep the window...
Excellent hotel Excellent service, clean and shiny, excellent food.
Always the best hotel in Bucharest. The location is great. Thanks for lovely hospitality

the customer service is amazing, and the staff are very supportive
Typical Chinese hotel like in China but in Europe.
Proximity to airport for early flights and great libanese breakfast
Good, the hotel is big, breakfast is good, gym is also good
The room is very clean. It is an old European-style hotel. The overall feeling is very comfortable and suitable for business trips.
The hotel is in an obvious decline. I have been staying here for several times for more than 10 years. Always chose it because of its position and excellent breakfast. While the breakfast is still very good, the rest of the services are average or bad. The hotel needs urgent refurbishing, carpets are dirty, bathroom installations are old, ventilators are extremely noisy, the floor was full with non...

Lovely hotel! The hotel is 10 min walk from the old twon. Our room was very clean and spacious with great shower! The staff are incredibly polite, welcoming and friendly. The staff from cafe at the front went out of their way to get us vegan cake in the evening. The bar staff was lovely as well and drinks and food reasonably priced. The breakfast had good selection for anyone including nice vegan options...
Overall it deserves recommendation. However, the shower water tap in our room (707) is leaking day & night.
The hotel was incredible and the staff were friendly and professional. We had an amazing stay and will he returning here in the future.
The hotel service is very good; facility very confortable. Breakfest is very nice. I have enjoyed every moment in the hotel.
Great hotel, gives a feeling of luxurious atmosphere
Rooms are huge
Breakfast is great and rich
The only comment
Bathroom isn’t well designed (lacking space for my stuff for example)
Excellent option in Bucharest. Very comfortable room.
Bucharest, 3-5 Poligrafiei Blvd, District 1 (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Very good as always, but the Romanians at reception and in the restaurant should be taught to smile like the Sri Lankans who clean the rooms.
Location is great in the heart of Bucharest
Everything was just perfect.. this hotel is my favorite.
The room is neat, bright and clean, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The breakfast is good, 20 minutes' drive from the airport, not far from the city center and the old city, the location is good, and you can walk to the park, the Agricultural Exhibition Hall, the Arc de Triomphe, etc.
Excellent hotel, highly recommended
It was a wonderful stay at the RAMADA PLAZA Hotel and we hope to visit again. The service from all the staff was impeccable, the facilities with all the technologies and clean. The breakfast was rich with enough variety of options. We used the gym and Vitality club for massage, steam bath and sauna which we enjoyed. The two large swimming pools where we spent several hours relaxing also gave a special...

This is a solid hotel, but nothing overly outstanding. The views from the higher floors (we were on the 15th floor facing north) are very nice. In general things were quiet in the room at night. The breakfast buffet was a good selection - egg station; some warm dishes; dips and veggies; many different kinds of fruit; pastries; desserts. Breakfast hours are 0630h - 1100h. The staff that I interacted...
We really enjoyed our stay here. We were on the 12th floor which was very quiet. The room was well appointed with everything we needed. A coffee making machine with pods was a lovely touch, along with kettle, tea & coffee. There is a Carrefour shop a 3 minute walk away for anything else. The bathroom had shampoo, shower gel and liquid soap which were all very good quality. The bed was large and very...
Beautiful hotel right downtown..Room very clean ..bed comfortable and very nice linens Bathroom with a bath tub and nice amenities…very quiet at night ..lighting could be better Nice to have a robe Great swimming pool Sauna and gym Breakfast was plentiful and delicious
Our tour group stayed here after a 10 day river cruise on the Danube. The room are nicely appointed, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is located in a very busy and congested area of the city. There are 2 restaurants and a bar in the hotel. Breakfast is included and was a very nice buffet. There is a pool and gym on site. Also there are many restaurants within a short walking distance. The Metro station...
The room is clean and tidy, the service attitude is very good
The Sheraton Bucharest exceeding my expectations and I felt that it rivaled a Ritz Carlton. I stayed here for 3 nights in February, 2024 while in town for meetings. I took a taxi to and from the airport so I did not experience having to park here. I was given an upgraded to a suite in the club floor based on my Lifetime Titanium status which was very well furnished and comfortable. It truly felt...

New rooms, great beds! Will revisit
Very clean and spacious room. Comfy bed and good shower. However, the half open shower design made the floor wet every time when we took showers.
Hotel is in a commercial area, you need to take metro or bus to the city center and major attractions . There is a mall nearby.
Paid underground parking in the hotel building. Safe and easy parking.
The hotel is located in the new district, with a good location, good service, relatively rich breakfast, and there are many Chinese restaurants to choose from nearby, especially the hot pot restaurant
Cannot open the window, no fresh air .
It was amazing very attentive staff hotel extremely clean & quiet its in the business area of bucharest room very spacious and modern
It’s the first time ,
I kind of like all the things about them

Very good hotel. Service was not top, especially in the restaurant. The spa only has a pool with very cold water, and a fake sauna/steam room that’s also not warm.
Amazing location in the heart of the city. Twin room came with separate toilet and bathroom, which is great if you travel with friends.
Reception is serviced 24h and speak good English, but staff was not too helpful (eg didnt help with getting a taxi).
Location of the hotel is very good but air conditioning does not work properly so be in mind about the AC
Great spot, spotless room, and the team was top-notch. Lobby bar vibes were chill
Best hotel ever! I recommend it to everyone, clean, location, breakfast, everything is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of my best experience, make my first visit Bucharest become unforgettable. You are not only in a hotel.
You live in history.
Truly 5-star hotel with excellent service i will only stay in Marmorosch Autograph if i ever visit Bucharest again in the near future 👍🏻 all compliment to every staff there
Absolutely loved my stay at The Marmorosch Hotel in Bucharest! ✨

The buffet breakfast has great choices of food. The lobby provides iced water refill which is very convenient to guests.
The top hotel in the center of Bucharest. Suitable for business trips and tourism. Affordable price, good view, close to shopping malls. Just a little traffic jam.
Hygiene: Very grateful
Facilities: Old
We stayed at the hotel during a family vacation, and the experience exceeded all expectations!
The room was spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from the window was simply breathtaking.
The hotel staff is courteous, professional and available for any request — always with a smile and a sense of genuine care.
The hotel facilities are very well...
We booked the hotel through Trip.com. Overall, the hotel was perfectly fine. Good location, clean, and friendly staff. However, what I find disgraceful is that Trip.com failed to mention anywhere during the booking process that the entire spa and fitness area were under renovation. This is precisely why we booked the hotel, and it should have been mentioned during the booking process!
Unfortunately...
We loved the room, the mattress was amazing, the room was spacious and the view was beautiful. The Smart TV was also very useful and easy to set up.
However, we had several quite annoying problems, the first was not being informed that the gym and spa/pool would not be available during our stay.
Nothing was done to help or clarify the situation and we had to pay for a private gym outside the hotel...
Good option in the center of Bucharest. Stayed for one night. Liked everything. The rooms were spacious. The room was quiet. Lived on the 14th floor, great view!

Ok hotel to stay fpr Citi breal
We had a great time in the hotel. It was clean, located near the train station. Service from staff was good!
Hotel was fine, room fairly basic. Convenient location outside an entrance to Bucharest North metro station.
You get what you pay for. Very little amenities in the room, uncomfortable bed and pillows.
However, good AC & WiFi, incredible customer service, decent breakfast and the location is convenient with the metro and main train station just outside. Breakfast was below average
It could be better but it could be worse
Hotel is about five minutes walk from Gara Bucuresti Nord railway station. Reception staff have good English. Average choice for breakfast, which is takwn behind hotel.
Great hotel for what we needed. Clean and tidy. Helpful Receptionist with how to get around.
very nice hotel, in a wonderful location..
it’s in the heart of București, very near to Lipșcani (restaurants, pubs etc) and to Stavropoleos monastery and Sfânt Dimitrie biserică
Clean and nice expression for this wonderful hotel, will come again.
Great Location – But Book Entire Stay Upfront to Avoid Price Jump
Hilton is in a great location – right on the border of the main road and pedestrian-friendly areas that lead straight into the old town. Perfect for exploring the city on foot.
When I arrived, I checked out the available rooms and asked the receptionist for the current rate. The price through Trip.com was considerably lower, so I booked...
Facing first floor room to club so couldn’t stay one more night. You sleep like you are in club. I called reception and they told me their calling the police during 02.30 am. Unfortunately couldn’t sleep well because of noise. Either you turn on ac and hear ac noise or music from clubbing.
Also price doesn’t worth and change. I booked before and during my stay it was %25 cheaper. What a policy. Only...
the location was great, located at the central of the old town. The room was great, soas the staff and services
Fabulous location, great breakfast and attentive staff. Would definitely recommend.
Only thinking for us was the mattress was a little hard - apart from that everything was spot on :)

Breakfast experience was bad especially with the guy who is supposedly baking bread?!?! made us wait for the bread, toast and croissants for 15 minutes! Besides that rude fellow the breakfast was somewhat ok too! Tomatoes and cucumbers (vegetables) need to be washed thouroughly!!! There was dirt, soil etc. on them!!!
Great hotel 10 min from the metro station and 20 min walk from the parliament. Very large rooms, quiet, varied breakfast, very friendly staff.
Very happy with both the cleanliness and the location, it deserves everything 💯
We could already enter the room around noon while check-in was not until 3 o'clock. We were welcomed friendly and got good tips about visiting Bucharest. Neat rooms, good breakfast and close to the old center. The road to it was also good to drive. Private parking was nice.
The heating in the rooms was way too hot. Even though it was 25 degrees (Celsius) outside the heating was running constantly. But in general the rooms were fine and the Hotel is quiet central.
The location is good. Price-performance ratio is not good
Bucharest, Piata Montreal Nr. 10 (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The location is not good. The room facilities are old and the carpet is also old. And the bathroom exhaust fan is broken. Also, the biggest disadvantage is that the window cannot be opened, so there is no ventilation.
The room was very clean and decorated in a warm and comfortable way.
The lobby was decorated with daffodils, which was very friendly.
It was very close to the Village Museum and Seagull Park.
I requested to check out one hour later, and the hotel happily accepted my request. This stay was very pleasant and I will come again.
Very nice hotel at a great location. Nice breakfast spread and overall ammenities
It was a great experience, room is very clean, bed is very comfortable, food from the restaurant is excellent.
Stayed only one night, but it was great. Nice big room.
Excellent location, comfortable bed, fast WiFi, very friendly staff, good breakfast.

Low budget hotel quality. Food is atrocious. Simple rooms, you will usually find something that’s not working. If you just hold event or a meeting here, go for buffet lunch. Else it will take one hour
Great place to stay, situated in northern Bucharest, near Promenada Mall. You have many facilities, the staff is very nice, well trained. The food is tasty and the menu varies every day. You can enjoy a very nice view over the city at night.
Bucharest, Bulevardul General Gheorghe Magheru Nr. 5-7 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel was very good in most respects although the lack of any charging points in the bedrooms is a huge disappointment in this day and age - consequently affecting our rating of this hotel. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay - loved the lift and the decor. Staff very pleasant and attentive and lovely food.
Hotel is a very old classic building, lots of wood work, furniture are very classic, service is good , very convenient location. Room are clean.
Excellent Staff customer service amazing beautiful hotel lovely breakfast. Lovely feel to this hotel with beautiful interior.
A very beautiful hotel with perfect service, but it would be good if they paid attention to the cleanliness of the rooms.
This century-old hotel has a strong sense of history. The overall feeling is like returning to Shanghai during the Republic of China period. I stayed at the Peace Hotel. In addition, although there are not many types of breakfast, the ingredients are very fresh. I recommend it!
University area full of clubs 10 minutes walk from the center. Historic hotel with a contemporary touch. Spacious rooms with attention to detail, a nice shower. We had a great time, excellent value for money with the offer on Trip·com

Great, everything was great, a clean hotel and nice staff.
It was okay. The problem was the CONSTANT sirens and noise outside throughout the night. Constant sirens, car chases, beeping, crashing and smashing. If you can get past that, the actual hotel is nice and I really enjoyed the pools and salt rooms/sauna. If you want less traditional food then the restaurant probably isn’t for you. They don’t do fries etc. so if you are a fussy eater you will need...
We had such an amazing time in Bucharest, and staying at the Crowne Plaza Bucharest, was the best choice. The King Suite was fantastic. It was spacious, and so comfortable. I have give massive thanks to the staff at Crowne Plaza Bucharest. They were simply amazing and made our stay celebrating a Birthday just so fabulous. We took advantage of the spa facilities there too, which included a sauna...
I spent two nights at the Crowne Plaza Bucharest. It was an excellent experience and I enjoyed the broad range of facilities on offer at the hotel. Special thanks to the front office and F&B teams who carried out an amazing job during a busy period.
A modern business hotel close to the Romexpo and airport and a bit away from the city center. Upon arrival I was upgraded to my status with the network. A welcome fruit plate was soon delivered too. The room was large, well lit and had modern furnishings and even a fitness bike ;-). The hotel has a SPA with a decent indoor swimming pool, two saunas and an outdoor Jacuzzi. A paid parking is also provided...
It was a great hotel. The staff was amazing and patient. My kids (ages 8, 12 and 14) loved the pool. We stayed their for 24 hours on a stopover. Would love to go back for longer next time. The rooms are huge (we got 2 connecting rooms) It was close to a beautiful park.

Good hotel, good breakfast, good location.
Great breakfast in Romania, free parking inside the hotel, 15 mins walk to the old town. Though facilities are a bit aged.
Decent hotel for a short stay. The location is okay—nothing special, but convenient enough. The service was definitely the highlight—staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a good option if you're just passing through.
The decoration style is old and gives people a dirty feeling.
The most friendly personnel ever meet. Good service . Hotel is clean.
Good breakfast. The hotel is not in the historic center but the location is easy to reach being behind the Parliament Palace
