Lotos Hotel in Spassk-Dalny

Good evening!
Disgusting hotel "Lotos" with boorish staff who are ready to rip off money for everything.
Let's start with the fact that when checking in on 09/21/2021, in room 341, unpleasant surprises were immediately discovered - for example, a rusty shower tray (I had to wash in slates) and a musty smell in the room, as well as an ever-shining light bulb in the hallway). OK then. Unpleasant, but okay. Aired. Washed up. Reconciled.
The most ridiculous and absurd thing began later, when I decided to wash the cup with the remnants of the drink (coffee) behind me, slipping in the bathroom, knocked over the drink on myself - which, accordingly, I doused myself with. And of course she poured a towel over her feet, on which she stood this time.
So, the next day (September 22), having arrived at the hotel, the administrator literally starts yelling at us, claiming that we ruined the thing, that we have to pay a fine for it. We asked if they had even tried washing it. The answer is negative.
A day later (09/23) the administrator of another shift proudly hands me this wet towel like a trophy and says that it has not been washed off and that I have to pay a fine of 200 rubles. To my question - where did the amount of 200 rubles come from. (At the price of 150 rubles). The administrator really could not answer))).
Of course, I understand everything, but the 21st century is in the yard - and how do they wash clothes in this hotel, even if they cannot remove coffee stains.
I do not mind 150 rubles. I can leave it in the Lotus as a souvenir). It's just frustrating that your hotel staff doesn't know how to talk to visitors.
P.S. and they promise wi-fi in this hotel, but it doesn’t exist at all!

Booked with my family (2 adults and 1 child) a family room. They promised a large double bed, in fact it was 1.5 and my husband spent the night on the floor, because the presented clamshell is terrible (more comfortable on the floor). There are no disposable kits. There are no air conditioners. In the closet, someone's stash of cookies. They seem to be so well cleaned. In general, the impressions are negative.
