A COMFORT class room was booked, but there is nothing comfortable in it. The toilet smells of sewage and dampness. There is no battery or heated towel rail. The room is dirty. Towels are hard - they are only for rags. The TV has stopped working. The administrator has already begun to slander me that I clicked on the wrong place and it broke. Breakfast is poor with semi-finished products and instant coffee. You also need to go down to eat it somewhere on the first floor, in a cafe that works only in the mornings. You are not allowed to take it with you to your room, but you can order food for delivery “pizza, rolls”. Brilliant.
An older woman at the reception is rude. The request to give the director's number was refused. What 3 stars??? I do not advise anyone!

A good hotel, the room is clean, the bed linen smells fresh, large + it's a shower and toilet in the room (economy KARL, economy) and all this for relatively little money. However, there is also - this is the lack of a kitchen, but it is compensated by the presence of everything you need at the reception, pleasant, cultured and polite staff will always help with the difficulties that have arisen, another plus if you are by car is a guarded parking lot. If you choose where to stay for the night from nearby hotels and do not waste your time and nerves, as well as if you want only positive impressions of your vacation, then this is the place for you .. The only thing I want to ask is to make a sign the hotel is a little more prominent.
