В доме 45 кв. м. На первом этаже расположена жилая комната с большим раскладным диваном-кроватью, кухня с холодильником, микроволновкой, индукционной варочной панелью, чайник, вся необходимая посуда на 6 человек, салатницы, сковородки, кастрюли, чай, кофе, сахар, соль, подсолнечное масло. Просторный санузел с душевой кабиной, постельные принадлежности, полотенца, одноразовые зубные щётки и паста и т. д. На втором этаже спальная зона с двуспальной кроватью с ортопедическим матрасом, по запросу предоставляется раскладная кровать для пятого гостя. Всё совершенно новое, чистое. В доме есть отопление, очень тепло.
Есть смарт-тв, wi-fi, караоке, дартс, аэрохоккей и настольный хоккей.
На территории есть баня, беседка, большой мангал с печью под казан, шампуры, решётка, казан, качели, костровая чаша (дрова можно приобрести на месте), место для парковки авто, территория огорожена, освещается, охраняется. Одноразовые тапочки, зубные щётки и паста предоставляются.
Угли, розжиг и спички брать с собой.
Цена за пользование баней на дровах составляет 4000 рублей за 4 часа. Дрова включены в стоимость. Дубовый веник — 500 рублей (можно со своим, но только дубовым!).
