The homestead is nice even in winter. Warm houses, there is a required minimum. The restaurant and the bathhouse do not work, apparently due to the small number of tourists

Excellent mini hotel, the house is very atmospheric, warm and cozy! A small area with besetka and barbecue area. There is a playground with swings and climbing frames. Nice big sauna, delicious herbal tea

A wonderful mini-hotel, the rooms are very comfortable, very, very clean, good location, within walking distance of cafes and shops, the hostess of the hotel is very pleasant in communication :) Another big plus was parking on the territory under the cameras, and of course unreal views (houses are located right at the foot of the mountain)

And how nice it was to return to the cottage with heated floors after a long day, knowing that everything would be prepared for you for the bath) We were extremely satisfied, and I really want to return

We would like to express our gratitude to the owners. Comfortable, cozy, homely atmosphere. Rooms are clean and linen is changed promptly. Everything is thought out, the hand of the designer is felt

Stayed at the cottage in November 2020. To say that it was good is to say nothing!! They met us, told and showed us everything, organized excursions, even very distant and difficult ones

The territory of the hotel is well organized, barbecue areas, pleasant places to relax and a sun terrace with a swimming pool. There is a cozy shared kitchen in the wooden building

An artificial swimming pool, an Altai view, a nomadic yurt are being built at an accelerated pace, a tent for master classes in needlework and pottery has been set up, and the dining room is expanding to the size of a cafe into several halls

By the way, the topic with gazebos, now there is it on a rock and the entrance is from the base, it’s also great there, especially in the evening or at night when the base is lit! Well, throughout the territory the base is being transformed

Large area, with a huge garden, apiary. Houses for every taste, both pine and cedar, are equipped with everything you need. What a cool pool, but not one! Very tasty food in the cafe

Great place to stay with family or group. There are many attractions nearby. 2 minutes walk to shops, market and dining. Sauna and swimming pool on the estate. View of the damn finger from the terrace and windows

I was very pleased with the room, everything was done as if for oneself, very thoroughly. There is everything you need including a large refrigerator, microwave, kettle and even a small kitchen right in the room

In less than a minute walk, the Katun River and stunning views of the banks extending into the distance. We liked it and we came here for the second time to relax. While I have time I am writing this review

Nice area with a private pool and a large shared kitchen, barbecue area. Another building with numbers is being built nearby, but so I only remembered this at the time of writing the review

The studio is excellent, there is a small kitchen and its own bathroom with a shower screen, a large bed and a sofa bed. The room is clean, comfortable

Family vacation here is not the first time. Excellent staff, comfortable rooms, excellent cuisine, a hot sauna with a whisk. Rest from the bustle of the city soul and body))

There was even a suggestion that on leaving the hospital a bear would sniff me out and eat me, I was reassured. Remind that bears sleep in winter. All in all, it was worth a try. But the second time they lied

The menu in the cafe is affordable (very tasty maralate steak). But the service is average, everything is too simple. (Example: first they brought a side dish, which cooled down while they brought the meat🤔🤦

You can celebrate celebrations, such as a wedding. The rooms are of average modesty, even the TV in the room shows one program and is quite old. But it's warm and clean (since we were in March)

A very large farm area on the territory of the houses for living. The road to Maralnik is winding, narrow in winter along one lane, with sharp turns and sharp ascents, but very pretty
