Kitchen with all necessary modern appliances, terraces with tables where you can have breakfast or dinner with a view of the Katun; the territory itself is beautiful, green and well-groomed; very kind people live here! I really liked the hotel, everything is well arranged, the rooms have everything you need, there are no problems with food, you can cook yourself, there is a kitchen with all amenities, there is a cafe nearby where they cook delicious food

There are very few people around, huge rooms, huge terraces where you can dine or work at the computer. There is access to an excellent pebble-sand beach. Spacious kitchen with everything you need

Very comfortable rooms, good mattresses, clean linens and plenty of fresh towels, everything is thought out to the smallest detail

There is a bathhouse, a gazebo and verandas with a magnificent view of the Katun River and a separate exit to the sunny beach!

A wonderful mini-hotel, the rooms are very comfortable, very, very clean, good location, within walking distance of cafes and shops, the hostess of the hotel is very pleasant in communication :) Another big plus was parking on the territory under the cameras, and of course unreal views (houses are located right at the foot of the mountain)

Excellent mini hotel, the house is very atmospheric, warm and cozy! A small area with besetka and barbecue area. There is a playground with swings and climbing frames. Nice big sauna, delicious herbal tea

And how nice it was to return to the cottage with heated floors after a long day, knowing that everything would be prepared for you for the bath) We were extremely satisfied, and I really want to return

Stayed at the cottage in November 2020. To say that it was good is to say nothing!! They met us, told and showed us everything, organized excursions, even very distant and difficult ones
