We rested more than once (the location suits), every year the staff is getting worse and worse, and prices are growing higher and higher. Service 0. The rooms have IKEA semi-collapsed beds. The equipment is not working properly in every 3rd room - we changed rooms two, three times. The boorish administrator and guests from the mountains are around the clock on the territory of the hotel and in the rooms themselves with wolf-like looks. The territory is not equipped for a picnic area and barbecue. The walls are made of cardboard - you can hear the neighbors 100%. Interruptions with wife constantly. As a result ... If not nature and the sea, then 3 points with a nyatYazhka 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

An excellent hotel with a price tag of just over 2000. Lived for about a week. Negative reviews are surprising: 1 "noise from the railroad" - a hotel 50 meters from the sea !!! From Tuapse to Adler, the railway runs along the sea almost everywhere, so there is less noise farther from the sea. 2 "wi-fi falls off" - yes, it falls off, due to the lack of electricity in the whole of Golovinka (the hotel has to do with it). 3. "furniture from ikea" When choosing a hotel, the quality and comfort of the bed / mattress is very important for me - they are really very comfortable here. 4. As for the staff - all my requests were satisfied within 15-20 minutes. The hotel is super !!!

For those who are looking for budget accommodation close to the sea. The hotel is simple and clean, apparently it was recently renovated because everything in the room is new.
The hotel staff are polite and pleasant.
Near the railway, across the road is the sea.
If you close the window, then the train is not so audible. We slept with the window open and did NOT wake up from the sound of trains. Perhaps they got tired in a day) the bed was so slightly shaken sometimes)) but this has its advantages: the train stop is right next to it. You can google the train schedule and go to civilization. (20 minutes Lazarevskoe)
The nearest store is 7-10 minutes at a quick pace, up to five minutes 20-25 uphill. It's even farther to the magnet. For me, this is a short distance. If you go to the left, there is a "civilization" in the form of cafes, sun loungers and umbrellas, a shower (of course, these are all other hotels, but you can turn on the impudence and use it). There are not so many people on the beaches (at the end of June).
The tour included breakfasts: scrambled eggs / oatmeal and cheese cakes / pancakes with condensed milk + coffee / tea.
In general, if you do not find fault, then a great option for a small price.

Decent hotel for the money. Clean, good bathroom, miKitchen. Of the minuses, neighbors and trains are perfectly heard.
