Barvikha Hotel & Spa in Barvikha

I happen periodically in this place, and decided at the end of March to relax in a familiar SPA. But how things have changed for the worse!
In order:
1. In the women's locker room was attended by the son of a client 8-10 years that are considered unacceptable
2. Broken plumbing in the shower. In one flowing lake, the second switch broken soul. Plus the shower water flows and the whole floor of the locker room it turns out filled, and of course this one is not clean.
3. There are no dry towels/bathrobes and body lotion. I was there for about 6 hours and they appeared only at the end (milk never came).
4. In the sauna, the door gave way, and she is now with a terrible sound corabeth floor (imagine the sound of glass on stone). Also in the sauna stinks of rotten wood, at the sacrifice of a pair of stinks, of course, even more.
As a result: a big disappointment, the mood Sunday was spoiled! Guys, this is not a Spa and relax, it's like a cheap water Park.

Not been to this SPA, I always liked the fact that everything is on the level, service, cleanliness, convenience, in walking distance from the house. Came at the end of March 2019 with the anticipation of rest and relaxation. But what was my surprise like a cheap Turkish hotel. As he deteriorated, dirty, worn. Constantly absent clean robes in the course of the day, a long time had clean towels, there was no body milk, shower gel was on the bottom, with the/from the dirty, stains on plumbing, mirror, dirt in the corners of shower mold in the locker room, chipping the stone due to moisture... In the steam room hung a cheap hose, cut with a knife or scissors... Vacation was completely spoiled.

Opinion likely for those who ever worked at this hotel, or going to work in it. It is more about the personnel Department, namely its employee, Maria yepifanova. In my life there were many sobesedovanii, there were cases where I conducted the interview, but such disrespect to the man sitting next to him, I have never seen. Brazenly outspoken, narrow sarcasm, peretekaniya is only part of what had to hear. I have the feeling that Madame Epifanova read one psychology book and imagines himself a leading HR specialist. The saddest thing for a hotel that because of this one illiterate employee, the hotel loses many good people.

Expensive and stupid. Booked a Suite before the new year relatives in the United States.
