The lady at the front desk can communicate in English, but she doesn't have slippers, so she has to stand on the steps to take a shower, which is a bit uncomfortable. Mainly because it's very close to the airport. Yandex Go is just a taxi ride away, which is very convenient.

The check in process was too slow. I was tired and sleepy and I got to see chinese group was getting loud at check in counter. Then when my turn to check in, i was told to go to the other building, Alfa. When I was there, the girl doing the checking in taking too long…and on the phone a lot. I cant even stand and need to sit down because too much standing and waiting. At last i got my room at 9pm!...

Overall it's pretty good, the service staff can speak simple English. It is close to the airport and many Chinese crews also stay in this hotel. There are shopping malls and Auchan supermarkets about 4 kilometers away. There are many kinds of breakfast, but Russian food is just like that and cannot satisfy the appetite of Chinese people.

The Sheraton at the airport is not as good as the one in the city. If it weren't for flying to St. Petersburg the next day, I wouldn't have stayed near the airport. The buffet is also very average, but you can see many pilots, brothers and stewardesses. This benefit is a bit unexpected.

Our room was not cleaned on daily basis and sometime on the bed is done and everything else is untouched including the bathroom. Rooms were very hot and there was no control on the radiators.

Terrible hotel, initially they put me in a very shady and ugly room which smelled like cigarettes. If I hadn’t complained I’d have stayed in such an awful room. They don’t treat their guests well. The hotel maybe was 4 star. 20-30 years ago. Now it’s a complete wreck. For ex. all bath equipment was broken, I mean it was leaching, 1 of elevators is broken and looks like for a while, everything is old and nasty, there are old beds in the corridors, the beds are old and you don’t want to see what is under the sheet and etc. Never seen this kind of 4 star.

3 Star Hotel. Dont expect much from it. The best part is; close to the crocus exhibition center. Its a bit dirty, no changing bed even if you stay 20 days. Employees barely speak English. Fairly cheap but low quality. Some rooms are very small and your window view could be the sport center, it could be very noisy. If you take a room with river seen, its better. Avarage

Went in April 2019. First time ever in Moscow and for an exhibition at Crocus. So, as newbie to the city, that hotel served its purpose as exhibition was litterally a couple of minutes away from the hotel door. Decent facilities but a bit bare: a gym addition will make it better. Shopping mall (Vegas) and supermarket within the same Crocus complex.

The room was clean cozy, breakfast is good, diverse, personnel friendly, in the walking distance shopping centers and restaurants Vegas, Crocus City Mall, I advise.

There was a room with a kind of 'window' into next hall, where was a dancing competition. So you can imagine how 'great' it was to stay there hearing loud music and people's voices. Plus, receptionist was not friendly at all - he saw that I am with two small children, but he declined my question to give us early checkin, so we had to wait!

Our family vacation was from May 7th to 12th. It was very crowded on the weekends, but the only discomfort we felt was in the pool and spa area – visits were limited to every other day, an hour per room (the outdoor pool won't open until June 1st). I was very upset at first, but then I was distracted by the scooters and bicycles (included in the price), outdoor games, the salt cave, the bird yard...

Excellent hotel. A wonderful place for a family vacation. Lots of entertainment, excellent cosmetologists and massage therapists. Bicycles and roller skates are available for rent. The entertainment team is excellent. I'd especially like to commend the chef for his delicious, varied menu. We had a wonderful time, not far from Moscow.

Nice hotel, great for summer vacation.

I've only stayed here for a day during Rusfurence 2017, but I enjoyed the place. It's clean, cozy and offers a wide range of services - they even have stables, and they are available all year round. Spa is also present, making it a decent facility to relax and even maybe improve your health a little. The cuisine is really delicious. I'd definitely come back here someday.

A truly year-round family getaway. It's beautiful, comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast is also excellent. There's children's entertainment. It's a great venue for events.

I was in the Moscow region on Business for 3 days and spent all this time in the hotel!!! Of course, everything in the hotel is gorgeous and corresponds to the 5-star class!!! Modern and very stylish SPA hotel. The area is beautiful. The building of the hotel itself is the same. There are playgrounds, animators, bicycle rental, scooters and more. Sandy, well-maintained beach. Boat trips along the Istra Reservoir. Expensive. Not for the middle class.

We arrived on vacation from March 9 to 10. We already had a vacation in February. I give it 5🌟 Clean, breakfasts with a large selection on the menu. The rooms are comfortable, there are all accessories in the bathroom, a kettle, tea bags, coffee. SPA zone is paid additionally 1500 rubles. A standard room with my 10% discount cost us 7,560 rubles. On the street we went to the shooting range for 10 bullets...

Excellent hotel! The staff is trained, polite, unobtrusive. It was superior, overlooking the reservoir, beautiful. Balcony with two exits. There is a paid minibar in the room. Tea, coffee and water are free. I asked for more water, they brought it immediately. The cleaning is perfect.
