the hotel is near the exit of subway of Kievskaya. and there are many malls around the hotel the room was very conveninet, clean and comfortable. Wi-fi is really fast it's very clean

Everything was just perfect. Worth the price Room was clean. It is nice that gym is available at the property. Though it is not big, it is nice to have a good workout while u are on vacation. Personnel is really nice and helpful

如果以2009年的裝修水平來説的話，這個酒店算是相當先進的了。 一定要摳問題的話，酒店Wi-Fi限速衹有4Mbps,也就是下載東西不會超過500KB/S。用的很難受。而且，中國的號碼是收不到驗證碼，意味着登錄不了WiFi，衹開漫遊而沒買俄羅斯電話卡的是用不了的。 前台的英文還可以，算是能溝通。 環境是不錯的，關上窗户也夠安靜。但是空調很吵。周邊就是一個公園，晚上跑步，晚飯後回來散步都是個不錯的選擇。 早餐一般般，可選項很少。但是毛子的性格，就是能吃就行，也沒有多大講究。 離地鐵走路十來分鐘，也算可以。離紅場4個地鐵站。

房間太大了，感覺像住在皇宮裡一樣，很有料的一家精品酒店，一棟建築裏衹有三個房間，但是服務和設施非常好，值得體驗

酒店大門居然在側門 而且鐵門緊閉 前台在鐵門內… 我們晚上到的還特意繞遠到了正門 幸虧保安提醒我説要去側門有四個旗幟的地方 這大晚上的誰能注意到呀 酒店以前是貴族住的 房間還是很大的 就是隔音不好 衞浴設備有點老舊 總體來説還行！

坐落在一個城堡裏，離地鐵站不遠，坐地鐵到紅場幾站地。我定的套房，感覺設施有點陳舊，房間陰暗。晚上睡覺不知道哪裡的管道總是響，有點嚇人，前半夜都沒睡着，自己來的還是不要住了感覺可能真的有**。

There was no heating in the room. The AC has no heating function. When I asked the reception about the room being cold they gave me an electric heater... in a 5 star hotel this is unacceptable. I ordered water to my room they just opened the door and entered the room without waiting for me to open the door. Staff don't have manners.
