Great, clean. It was only funny that in our room on a double bed there are two single mattresses😃 otherwise ok. The shower is successful, the doors are tight and it merges at an angle - it is not damp, it dries out immediately, this is important for me. Also great breakfasts. Caviar and sockeye salmon for breakfast - it's strong) very happy with the place.

This hotel has clean, small rooms. The bathroom is fine, the shower works. The room has an infrared adjustable battery, which allows you to maintain the desired temperature in the room. New furniture, no kitchen. Service with prompts, every day they forget something (change a towel, put in a dental or shower set, forget about slippers altogether). But the staff are friendly, for them a separate plus sign.

On the 1st floor there is a very comfortable seating area and you can drink tea or coffee in the cafe at any time (for free !!!). The rooms are bright!!!!!, spacious. On the high bank of the Avacha Bay, wonderful views to the horizon. A good road, around the house of well-to-do Kamchatka residents. This is recently renovated “Soviet” style hotel, that would be classified as motel everywhere else. It’s predictable, it’s dependable and it’s very simple, even poor. Don’t book it if you expect anything more then a roof and hot water. Breakfast being included is a great plus.

A good choice for travel and living

There are newly renovated and old rooms. The second floor is definitely new, and the fifth floor is old. The service staff is very good! There are many large supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The seafood market is downstairs of a large restaurant nearby. It is very convenient. The bus is super convenient and fast, faster than a taxi.

The facilities are rather simple, but it's ok to live in. The side rooms are quite cold, you can ask the front desk for a heater.

Stayed here in Aug/Sep 2023 with a tour group, although I had my own room. The location is near the centre of town with lots of nice restaurants in walking distance, as well as a big grocery store. The hotel is typical of what one should expect in a far corner of Russia…and very similar to lodgings in Central Asia (ex Soviet states). There were 2 types of rooms….the older ones are well worn out...

Clean and sanitary, good value for money

Expensive, but it's Kamchatka. Quite bearable. Breakfast is modest but nice and very tasty. With the soul. You can live. Aeroflot, for example, their crews put it here.

A simple hotel with good location. Going see two large volcanoes, has an unobstructed view. This gives easy access to tourist places outside the city.

Stayed here during the first Kamchatka trip in 2012. Back and stayed total 6 nites in Jul / Aug 2016. It is a tourist class hotel with all basis needs. Free wifi was a bonus, but please prepare for the slooooow connection, especially in the rooms. Food at the hotel restaurant was alright, and the smoked eel salad was super delicious.
