Everything is clean, very polite staff, I especially liked the service in the cafe at the administrator's breakfast.
Clean, decent, there are breakfasts and dinners. The only negative is that there is no sound insulation at all)
The rooms are well served on the first request. The staff are friendly. You can eat decent food. I recommend trying the strudel pancakes. I give 5 stars as a hotel in its category is worth it!
great hotel in moscow for budget traveller
Nuce resort, clean, near a very good shopping center with reasonable prices but the hotel has not an elevator and the location is a bit far from metro station

The hotel was very nice and neat. Very courteous staff for he price. They were so helpful with getting transport and doing things despite the language barrier. Breakfast was simple but nice and had a personal touch, not the boufett style.

It is quite comfortable, but the toilet and shower are not in the room, the cost differs in the number of rooms for a bathroom. But quite comfortable.
Quiet, comfortable. The rooms are different. The district itself is calm. Nearby there is a teahouse, a mall, some kind of nightclub, a good market.
The staff are friendly, but the problem with hot water is horrible, you can say it simply does not exist, the water in the shower stall does not drain well. The saddest thing about the room is dubak, and the air conditioner just doesn't work. Toilet and shower are divided into 2 rooms, not very convenient. Conclusions have been made, we will not dwell there anymore.
Experience overall pleasant. In the shower and the toilet pipes musty smell, but clean. The room is cozy. The bed was comfortable. The sheets are clean. Shampoo soap disposable. Cooler working on the floor and a refrigerator.
Decent hotel for the room-the economy. But this is not the economy. They say that everything is fine, but in the end. All much worse. In addition to the hotel there is a hostel. Overall not bad, but very expensive for a hostel(especially students), 1500 common rooms (PO2-3 people per room) and 4,500 rooms with a repair(2-3 persons in room)

The hotel is great, that's true. Clean and quiet. Very polite people, you can handle any request. There is internet and a cafe where they cook delicious food. Come, you won't regret it)
We rented a house on December 25, 2021, which belongs to this hotel. Everything is fine. Friendly and helpful staff. It was cold so it was not up to the barbecue, we were provided with a cook who fried everything, the barbecue turned out to be above all praise !!! Recommend. In February, we plan to celebrate DR in the same place. Many thanks to the team from the Kozhevnikov family !!!
Stayed at the hotel from 17th to 19th September. We came with children to a football tournament. I liked the hotel, it was cozy, the furniture was new. There was hot water, the batteries warmed, but not much. Soundproofing is good, at least no one bothered to sleep. The only thing missing was the refrigerator in the room, but I think that this defect will be corrected.

Quite a good hotel. Purely. Good shower. They offered a room to choose from, in the courtyard for silence or on the road with a balcony. When checking in together, the second bottle of water was not brought. Toilet paper had 3 turns left on the spool.
