An excellent hotel near the park and restaurants. I used to perceive Balashikha only as a transit point on the highway. Suddenly the hotel turned out to be decent: a good standard hotel for business trips, reminiscent of world chain hotels. The area around the hotel is pleasant and conducive to relaxation. Fast and clear settlement. The lift upstairs only works with a room card. Bedding, furniture, bathroom, appliances - everything is new, clean, in excellent condition. The room has a kettle and fridge. Everything in the bathroom works perfectly. Great sleep and relaxation. On each side of the bed there is an outlet, a lamp, a bedside table. Wifi is fast and stable, although there is a nuance. About him in the minuses. There is a small work table with a lamp and a socket. Literally around the corner of the hotel begins a large landscaped park with paths, lanterns, sports grounds. There are several restaurants nearby (Pizza Roma - fire!) and to the left of the park there are several budget points with a decent Uzbek smithy, shawarma, burgers. Cons: Breakfast is expensive. For 800 per person you can go to a restaurant, but better for samsa and pilaf. Guest parking is actually paid parking right in front of the shopping center. People constantly walk past the cars from McDonald's to the crossing, so the place is busy. Parking is considered unguarded, although before leaving the hotel you need to go to the security to reset the meter on the parking ticket. So it seems that there is at least some kind of security, and parking for guests is free. The hotel is quite quiet, but the soundproofing is not perfect. Half the night someone cursed in the next room. You can't make out the words, but there are enough intonations. Wifi works with restrictions. VPN falls under filtering and therefore cannot be used for work. The receptionist confirmed this to us. The drinker did not catch my eye. It seems she wasn't there. In the bathroom, disposable bars of soap for some reason are extremely smelly. You don’t expect much from them, but the smell of cheap soap in the bathroom dominated.

Good hotel, 4 stars, super room, has everything you need, water, tea, coffee, hygiene kit, bathrobe and slippers. Super park and McDonalds nearby.

We were in the hookah bar on the 14th floor. We liked it. Friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere. Only the prices are slightly overpriced for food and drinks.

Very good hotel. I won’t even describe it for a long time. And the number of rooms is excellent. And wonderful breakfasts, the kind that 5 stars in Europe enjoy. I like it.

Nice hotel. The cosy rooms. It is not clear why the rooms stuffy. In connection with the virus is not running the kitchen, but it always works shipping. Friendly and sympathetic to the visitors the hotel staff. Will come back again.
