Clean and tidy rooms. No fancy luxury, but friendly and really helpful staff. I would stay there again.

A good budget hotel. Slightly worn rooms, but the rooms are clean.
There is a Breakfast. At a surcharge and lunch (a business lunch in July 2016 cost 230 rubles).
In the neighborhood there are several grocery stores (Pyaterochka through the intersection, agribusiness, Dixie in meters 500 on may day).
Of the minuses I would say distance from the subway and a weak Wi-Fi). The rest can be put up for the price of the rooms.
The area is quiet, close to the Izmailovsky Park, where you can walk).

The place is very cosy. Rooms are clean and regularly cleaned. The staff is positive and helpful people. The location of the hotel is good. We had great time staying there and wish we go back sometime in the futire! I totally recommend this place!

The Hotel is quiet far from crowds. Uber taxi recommended at night for access at night.
