There is a Breakfast. At a surcharge and lunch (a business lunch in July 2016 cost 230 rubles).
In the neighborhood there are several grocery stores (Pyaterochka through the intersection, agribusiness, Dixie in meters 500 on may day).
Of the minuses I would say distance from the subway and a weak Wi-Fi). The rest can be put up for the price of the rooms.
