Good location for a few hours of sleep, before a night flight.

The staffs do not understand english and have to use translators to get by.

Good just to drop by for a night. I end up in a room WITHOUT windows and was depressing. Good that I just spend a night between flight and going to next destination. Price was good. Not far away from the airport ( 10 min taxi ride not more than 200 rub)

Good place for stay at mineralnye vody near airport. Mostly those who go to Elbrus climb, may need a night stay at mineralnye vody. This hotel is a good option. Provides taxi services too.

The rooms are clean, in and out, pleasantly surprised by that in min waters there are similar hotels.

Great value and quality. Someone is unhappy that there are no Windows, only I don't understand - after all there are rooms with window, they just are more expensive. The staff is polite and well addresses the necessary issues.

Nice hotel with nice rooms and stylish design. As a bonus, there is a swimming pool, but it is open until 20.00. But the sauna is paid, 2000 rubles per hour. There is a games room in the lobby. The rooms have a kettle, cups and a refrigerator. Quiet, clean, polite.

The hotel is located near the airport. There are several grocery stores nearby. The room is warm. Good sound insulation. The bathroom has everything you need. The hotel and rooms are very clean.

Islan grand house Mineralnye Vodide is a nice and affordable hotel, friendly staff provides instant service, breakfast service was good, hot rooms have hygienic shower and sink, I recommend it...

Brilliant little hostel to stay in. The owners/staff are very friendly and will try and help you as much as they can but unfortunately they don't speak English. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning in our room was awesome! It is extremely clean and tidy with a very well equipped kitchen. It even has a washing machine installed in the utility room which guests can use. I would recommend...

The hotel is not bad, but only for one night no more. Very close to the airport literally 5 minutes and you will be there ... With regards to linen, namely towels ... the linen seems to be clean and towels, but the washed old and still have a distant smell ... The sink, as well as the shower, is very small, everything creaks and barely holds ... The staff is very helpful. There are ants everywhere...

Quite a decent hotel. Air conditioner, refrigerator, tv. Very convenient location between the airport and the bus station - you can sleep well, and not wait for the bus at the station. The very state of the room is 4.

In August 2017, my family lived a week in this hotel. All liked it. Very nice staff !!!!. Any request was carried out as quickly as possible. Experienced parking near the hotel, but the car was under the constant supervision of security. Purely. As a wish, I would like to ban smoking in the halls on the floors. Sometimes it pulls tobacco smoke. I think no problem to make smoking on the street.

Very cozy, small hotel! Sweet polite, helpful girl, at the reception. The rooms are chic, there is everything in the room - from a tablecloth to a hairdryer in the bathroom, bathrobes, slippers and 4 towels changed every day, a large TV, a picture, air conditioning! And most importantly cleanliness !!! This is the first number where I did not want to process everything with whiteness !!! No specks...
