Excellent team. The staff took good care of all the little demands of the clients who were travelling with me during our aurora hunting tour.
We stayed here for 3 nights and it is Perfect for group travel and all rooms / amenities are new so it's a lot better than other 4 star hotels we tried in Murmansk city!
Very nice, cosily beautiful rooms - but in some places the renovation has not been completed, wires are sticking out.

Very good sports facilities. Comfortable cabins with 4 rooms and a wardroom for each entrance. All the necessary office equipment and kitchen utensils are in excellent condition.
