It's a very ordinary hotel, similar to those chain hotels in China. It feels like a budget hotel, but the price is definitely not cheap.

The four-star hotel offers good value for money. The elevator requires going up to the second floor, and the corridors are rather narrow. It's about two kilometers from the train station, making it convenient for shopping and dining. It's relatively quiet at night.

This is the best hotel in the area. It's close to the train station, and also convenient to the shopping mall and McDonald's, which are right across the street. The hotel has many entrances, so when you're taking a taxi, make sure to specify the main entrance to avoid any confusion.
The area right outside the hotel is currently under renovation, so to get to the McDonald's across the street or the plaza in front of Meridian, you have to walk all the way around. The room I stayed in had a nice view, two single beds, and the heating was a little insufficient, probably because I didn't know how to turn it on. It was close to the station and the supermarket downstairs. The price might be a little high because I booked it at short notice. The room was about the same as in China, around 200-300. Everything is top-notch! There's everything you need to feel comfortable, have a good time in the city, and then enjoy a relaxing stay. The views are stunning. The elevators are like Fort Bayard—everyone who enters here must pass that test.

Great hotel, great location, comfortable rooms. Of the minuses: there was only one bathrobe in the room, even after contacting the reception, the second bathrobe was not brought. There is no smoking room, which is not normal for such a huge building, given that there is also no place equipped for this purpose on the street.
Gorgeous! Pleased with the absence of checkout time, if you rent a room at 5 am for a day, then you live there until 5 am the next day. Great cafe on the ground floor.

We lived in a cottage with our own parking place just beside. The cottage was very clean and luxurus. The staff reacted quickly when the water was switched off. The continental breakfast was spartan. The security felt high. We will recommend to live in this cottages.
Breakfast not indulge, but to pecocet. Service for a middle-class hotel. Rooms internal finish does not Shine, but you can live. WC with bath, warm floors there. In cadm room has a big balcony. Excellent team. The staff took good care of all the little demands of the clients who were travelling with me during our aurora hunting tour.
We stayed here for 3 nights and it is Perfect for group travel and all rooms / amenities are new so it's a lot better than other 4 star hotels we tried in Murmansk city!

It’s very nice location a bit outside of the city. The panoramic view of the restaurant is really great but food not so. Accommodations are acceptable. For this city it’s a nice place to stay.
Located on the mountain, the rooms tortured, everything smells old, no Breakfast, not even cereal was not. There is a pool and sauna which stays you can walk for free.

Good location. It's on the 3re floor. You can ask the hotel's staff to call someone help to carry your luggage. Breakfast serve from 7 to 10 am which is excellent.

It's pretty much like a hostel. If you don't have high expectations, it's a decent place to stay. The shared bathrooms were kept relatively clean, but the room itself was just so-so.
I stayed in room 501. Please invest in a proper door closer. Starting from 4 or 5 PM, the constant slamming of doors made it impossible to rest. Everything else was good, but soundproofing and providing a quiet, restful environment are fundamental for any hotel.
The room was fine, with hostel-like facilities. I booked it in a hurry as I was rushing to the mall. I really liked the young lady at the front desk; she kept complimenting my nails, haha. There's a communal kitchen and shared showers, but the soundproofing isn't great.
I would like to suggest the hotel set up a table and a chair in each room, so that the guest can use computer/laptop in own room instead of go to Common Room (Kitchen).
