We stayed together in the village of Dubrovka, where there is one small house with three rooms and a kitchen. There is everything you need, clean, tidy, beautiful. We are happy with everyone, we recommend the place.

Rested in June 2017, a very cool atmosphere, the house is thought out to the smallest detail, there is everything. On the territory it is forbidden to drink, which is a big plus for families with children. Thanks to the owners, if we go to Altai more then to you)

Cozy, comfortable accommodation, friendly staff, rooms in wooden houses with autonomous heating, a large sauna on the territory, several places in the yard for cooking, both in the kitchen and on an open fire. Nearby is the Katun River, a recreation park, a cafe.

Hospitable staff, they did not fail with the choice, in addition to the rooms, they soundly equipped the courtyard! There is a shower and toilet in the building, sleeping with an open window is a pleasure! The kitchen is right in the gazebo, I am very glad that we chose this place.

There was no kettle, Wi-Fi caught only on the street. The pool on the territory is small, the territory itself is more or less well-groomed, there are shared kitchens, barbecue areas. From lake. Aya and Altai Riviera 5 minutes by car.

Stayed 1 night in May 2021. The service is unobtrusive, the territory is well-groomed, there are enough parking spaces. We lived in a room without a bathroom, there is a bathroom on the floor. In addition, the soundproofing would be better. In general, the impression is positive, you can live.

The pool is great. Everything you need for rest is there. The room has a shower, toilet, shower gel, soap. Towels. The food is delicious. The bar has delicious coffee! The prices are affordable. I recommend.

I liked the hotel. Located in the center of the resort area. On the territory of the hotel there is a swimming pool, cafe, ping pong tables, rental of various sports equipment. The room has everything you need. Everything is new and clean. Of the minuses - hot water on schedule, poor sound insulation (you can hear the creak of wooden floors from neighbors).

Stayed with my family for three days, I really liked this mini-hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms with beds, table, chairs and mini fridge. On the territory there is a barbecue area, a summer kitchen, a small pool, a billiard room, a swing, several shower rooms, a sauna. You can also use a stove, microwave, kettle, dishes. Pleasant experience, I recommend!

I rested here in August 2020. Big plus: sandy beach! clean thick sand. There is no garbage near the river and throughout the territory. There is also an outdoor pool, which is also good, but it cannot be compared with the magnificent Katunya! Housing prices are affordable, there are different categories. All buildings and benches are in good condition. Very convenient location of the base! MINUSES...

I have known this place for about 20 years. The tourist base is located on the banks of the Katun, among the trees. The combination of unspoiled nature and comfort is very unusual.
