Everything is there, no one bothers

A very good place to relax both in summer and in winter, a large comfortable house, good rooms with different price categories, a good bathhouse, a barbecue area, a magnificent, well-groomed area, the fattest plus ➕ I put the coastal area, an excellent sandy shore, a small backwater, so the water is warm ... We spent the New Year holidays in this beautiful place. The place is awesome, the air is clean, the weather is not cloudy, the temperature is 15-20 frost in the daytime, up to -35 at night. The house is cozy, clean and well maintained. Beds, wardrobes, tables and bedside tables in the rooms are in good condition. I liked everything, the katun is a 5-minute walk, this is for those who still want to go fishing.

Manor Merkit is a miracle, in everything!!! Location, design, cuisine, hospitable hostess - everything is just wonderful!!!

I liked the base. There is everything you need. There is a kitchen area with utensils for cooking, there is a shower. The houses are solid, although they are not heated, but they were warm. The staff is friendly. Very good impressions remained after staying at this base. It is very likely that we will come back here again.

Everything's OK!!! Cleanliness and order, the owners are good, friendly! Nature is nearby - a river from the house about 150 meters, a lake 300. We will definitely return to these beautiful places !!!

Excellent guest house for lovers of secluded and relaxing holiday in Altai. Here we were met by hospitable hosts, as well as there are cozy and low-cost rooms, gazebos and places for barbecue, hot bath, a place to park cars. We also liked the location: it was quiet, cozy and quiet, 800 meters from Lake Aya, 100 meters from the Katun River and everything you need within walking distance - cafes, shops...

I was outraged by the fact that the workers were covering the roof of the utility block with slate, respectively, the knock of a hammer, the noise of a grinder. The hotel consists of several log houses (similar to cedar). Rooms with large enough balconies, heated rooms and all the necessary amenities. The territory has its own heated mini-pool and just GREAT cuisine! To Lake Aya - 5 minutes walk.

Good location, helpful staff. The pluses are that the price and quality correspond, of the minuses that the barbecue area is not equipped with water supply, therefore, when cooking, you have to wear everything and the place of the barbecue area is far from the gazebos, so I removed one star. Everything else is good

Perfect place! We rented a VIP house here for 4 days. We arrived for work. The administrator is just gold! We are very satisfied. Very clean and comfortable. The VIP house has a separate parking lot.

Everything is so good! But there are small flaws in the room. The shower cubicle is a terrible thing. Restaurant, the price is very high. Compared to Novosibirsk. The pool is very nice! The water is warm, the children liked it! Rooms will be cleaned at your request. Recommended for families with children.
