Yesterday was a New Year's corporate party! The food is decent, some liked it to the point of "you'll lick your fingers."
The status of "restaurant" is drawn only by the situation. The waitresses are polite but not rushed.
I was surprised that the prices at the time of ordering a corporate party and upon payment increased by an average of 15-30 rubles for each dish, although this was not discussed with the administrator. Only the price tag for drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) remained the same.
The music is not danceable, rather calm and measured. I would like some kind of entertainment program, even if it added 200 rubles per person, but it would be more fun.
Conclusion: you can go there to eat and talk in a relaxed atmosphere.

Horror, for lack of options only when to stop. Soviet style hotel, but still in poor condition. Located in the Central part, Yes. Answer unlike the others on the phone at night, Yes. Allowed to sleep in the morning, Yes. However, IT might not be worth the money absolutely.

The staff is polite and friendly. The TV does not work well in the rooms (channels ripple), the shower is not comfortable (water flows on the floor), wi-fi is weak in some rooms, the mattress on the bed is uncomfortable. Daily cleaning. Crockery and kettle in the room. Breakfast is poor and no choice.
