The people are... well lets just say they just have to be seen. They don't call this place O blast for nothing darlin. Closest to the blast that effected all the life in Oblast and changed everything within 43k in all directions. This place is awesome if you can get here. I gave in a full 5 on my finger scale. It is very convenient to rent a room for students during the session. All amenities, very comfortable. Much better than a student hostel for the same money.

Not bad but there are some drawbacks. Dishes - 1 frying pan with a diameter of 10 cm. 2 pots are small. There is a lot of wind from the windows. You have to use heaters.
