Good afternoon everyone! My wife and I bought vouchers for 8 days to the sanatorium Sosnovy Bor. We arrived on March 8, the staff greeted us kindly, explained everything. We met with the attending physician and after the appointment of the procedures, they immediately began to undergo them. The team is very responsive, everyone prompted.
I also really liked the kitchen, delicious food, a variety of dishes, thanks to the staff. Special thanks to the chef. Thanks to the girls at the reception, they are very responsive and attentive. I am very grateful to the masseur Ildar. The room was cleaned daily, always clean, thanks to the maids of the 3rd floor.

Low quality of services provided. The bar is regularly not open as scheduled and is often closed even though it should be open. The staff is not very polite and not very punctual. In the canteen there are often cheap sausages and sausages instead of good meat. Almost no fruit. Personally, I didn't really like it. It is unlikely that you will still want to relax here after such a service and "order" was seen here.

Rested and treated in this resort 4 times. We really enjoyed. A competent, responsive and kind team works here. And how tasty they cook in the dining room!
