Best Business hotel in Chelny, ucomplicated communication with staff in english. Clean rooms, in the upper floors also with sufficient space. The Restaurant seems noble, though there are much better places for dinner outside. Remark: slowest elevator in human history to be tanken into consideration, to be in time for appointments.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Rare to find a 3* hotel of this level that are not in regional centers of Russia. Clean rooms with good work area with outlets. Fast Internet Wi-Fi. This was my favourite hotel I sampled in this city. The shopping mall next door and the other mall within 5km were both within walking distance. There were a bunch of good restaurants within walking distance as well and the restaurant onsite was good. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and service was good.

We stayed for one night when my husband and I came to the Spasskaya Fair. The hotel is a four-star hotel! Free parking, the room is excellent, fully stocked: water, tea, coffee, kettle, iron, hair dryer, lots of towels, all toiletries, slippers. There were no robes, we had to ask at the reception, they brought them right away. We checked in somewhere at 16:00, and at our request, departure was postponed...

As always the service and the attention given at this hotel are top notch, along with the wonderful accommodations makes this property my favorite one in Yelabuga.

The hotel went to meet me and made an early check-in (not free, of course). The room is warm and cozy, especially when there is a snowstorm outside. The only thing is that the single room is very tiny, there is no place to even put a toothbrush in the bathroom.

We were in Perm in the summer, rented a room here. Very nice room, very polite staff, nice restaurant, which cooks delicious food and whose menu differs from the standard carbonara for the better (like pasta in vodka sauce and posunkichka!) and excellent location.
