Absolutely inadequate staff!!! The room was booked for a month, paid in advance for the entire period (70 thousand rubles)! The hotel administration canceled the reservation and issued a fine for the day because the guest did not check into the paid room at the time required for THEM! They didn’t refuse the reservation and planned to stop by. When trying to clarify the situation, the administrator was simply rude! I called the director of this hotel to resolve the issue (Elmira Yazafarovna), so she just yelled at me on the phone and hung up, of course she didn’t answer the call again! I have been booking hotels for employees often for 7 years all over Russia, but I have never encountered such rudeness and tyranny! I do not recommend this hotel!

Was on a business trip, lived in a hotel for a week. The rooms clean, comfortable, change towels, soap and shampoo, LCD TV, refrigerator. The hotel is trying in all matters to meet the client. Cleaned rooms daily. The breakfasts/Lunches/dinners, no complaints.
A good combination of quality/price. Nearby there are cafes, shops, public transport.

Overall a good hotel. More suitable for business travelers, because it is far from the center and there is no parking. But prices are below average in the city, even with meals. Rooms are tidy and clean

Budget hotel, good combination of price and quality. Lived for two weeks, the service is good, the rooms are cleaned every day, responsive reception. Breakfast is not included in the price. Within walking distance of the store network Bayram and the collective farm market. I recommend the hotel

Nice hotel. Clean rooms, tv, shower, toilet. Different payment methods. Cafe on the first floor. You can order room service. Good menu, delicious food. Wi-Fi, air conditioning. In general, there is everything to relax comfortably. Recommend.

So-so hotel. The rooms have no tea or coffee or teapots. Breakfast is terrible - scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs, here you have the whole choice.
