We my wife and I celebrated an anniversary, bought a bottle of champagne, drank, enjoyed, and then we were invited in for a massage, after the massage has gone back to the Hammam, where we waited for our champagne. I opened the door and there ? foreign men, who sits, who stands, and the bearded mujahedin?? we were in shock. Then began to Express their dissatisfaction. We were not warned that someone else with a need will be there! I chose the service for two! Then I went to the sauna, have decided to leave this place. More desire to stay was not. The whole evening was ruined. In the sauna, hung some gloves, hung to dry, just awful, even socks would be hung! Wrote my frustration in the book of complaints. Shocking service! Will not go there anymore and I advise everyone not to go, and not know that you can attach. In the end, unfinished champagne! Night is ruined! Next, I will complain in all instances!

Happened to be at the event in this hotel. The rooms didn't stop. In the lobby, everything is beautiful, in the conference room was a little cramped, but for good coverage and worked humidifiers. But the buffet disappoint. Firstly it is not designed for heavy traffic, and secondly the prices are high, and if in the case of coffee, the high price is justified by acceptable quality, then cheesecake for the price, does not hold water. By day the restaurant is super calm, measured, comfortable, great panoramic view, good service. Evening for me too much thought noise and lights and garlands of the city. But this is a personal preference
The hotel is great, room is comfortable, large, comfortable bed, very nice and spacious bathroom, a shower and a bathtub. Breakfast is delicious and varied, dinner chef cooks very tasty. There is a Spa for extra charge, gym and sauna free for guests. 3 restaurants on site and a café in the lobby. Check in 2 days but we walked up to 4m and our room was not ready, had to wait 10 minutes. In the hotel there is a games room for children.
the hotel is great. rooms , sauna, cosmetology. but the food is terrible. And by the way with two restaurants. expensive and tasteless
The hotel is nice, but not perfectly drawn. A lot of minor issues due to which the impression is spoiled. The rooms noisy. Mini bar ridiculously expensive. The bed wrinkled. The price is too high. There are a number of another hotel which is cheaper, but for comfort is better.
Interiors and repairs at a good level, BUT somehow loud in the room. All night a constant background hum like from the highway! Strange payment system trying amount first zadeponirovany, then again take off in other hotels not experienced with this.
