Stayed one night three of us, room for 3000 with 2 beds and folding chair. The room had everything that is required in a 3 * guest house, a working air conditioner and two TVs, plus a balcony for a smoke break. Soundproofing is good, you can sleep.

On the plus side, there is a low price per room and a good restaurant nearby. Of the minuses - shabby rooms, dead plumbing and, in general, the hotel needs renovation for a long time.
