The position was good

The reception staff lady was so rude and she was not polite at all. She also acted as if she was doing some sort of favour giving me a bed.

It's on a slope, the environment is nice, you have to change into slippers before entering the room, and eating is not allowed inside, it's very clean. Climbing up to the bunk is a bit strenuous for someone with short legs.

I thought the environment was great, and the staff at the front desk and bar were very helpful. If you're looking to save money, this is a really good choice. The location is also excellent; it's very close to almost everything, within walking distance. We initially didn't know the way and took taxis, but later found it to be incredibly convenient.

Overall, the environment was very clean and welcoming. The receptionist spoke a little English, and all the notices and menus were labeled in Chinese (because there were so many Chinese customers, haha), so communication wasn't a problem. The lobby was also nice, with spaces for working or studying. This university student even finished his calculus homework here.

Thanks for your hospitality, all as I expect but nothing more. Hostels to my opinion have two branches for travelers and workers. This is second one.

It is very clean, which is the most important thing any hostel/hotel should provide. Capsules are comfortable and private. The door for the capsules is head to open from inside.

a little gem in a good location to visit the city centre and red square near to 3 main line railway stations and suburban line and the Metro the place though small is kept immaculately by the very friendly staff Anastasia speaks fluent English and the others are very helpful the hotel provides an excellent kitchen because it is self catering and extremely reasonable prices well worth a visit

Very close to the Leningradsky train station if you arrive late or leave early/ late. Room is clean. Staff is helpful and he speaks English.

The kitchen was nice, but the male receptionist was very mean and wouldn't let us store our luggage.

For some reason, I got confused at first when looking for the hostel, but it's located quite clearly. From the Chistye Prudy metro station, we look for the exit onto Arkhangelsky Lane. We walk along Chistye Prudy Boulevard, turn onto Arkhangelsky Lane, and on the right is a turnoff for Krivokolenny Lane. Don't turn there (I did and got lost). We walk another 20 meters along the right side of the road...

The front desk is very welcoming, the room is clean and the enthusiastic staff will help you prepare everything, and the living room is also bright. The man at the front desk has a bad service attitude and is not enthusiastic about you.He didn't care about me when he spoke English to him. Hostel in the city centre, in a quiet courtyard. Big - 300 rooms. There is Internet, kitchen, games area, Laundry, toilets and showers, in my opinion, not enough. Cozy, with nice design. Odors and noise, of course, more than a house)))

This is an amazing hostel with pretty nice rooms. It has a good dining area with kitchen where you can sit with your friends, discuss, gossip and organise meetings with good food which you can make there. With a coffee machine, food machine, refrigerator and washing machine I quite enjoyed this place.

There was an error in their system. They entered my room and took my belongings without any apology. The front desk was very rude.

the staff was rude even though we had a big suitcase they put us on the 5th floor with no elevator the access card doesn't work properly and had to go up and down the stairs several times just to activate it in the reception there was no hot water in the bathroom of 5th floor, only very cold water

This place is perfect for solo travelers – it's affordable, and the location is great, right by a subway station. I actually came here on a recommendation. The mattress is really comfortable and springy. Just make sure not to disturb other guests during your stay. The only downside is that the washer and dryer are really inconvenient to use, especially if you don't understand Russian and haven't used...

I stayed here in my solo around the world motorcycle trip. It’s just a short walk to the main “Lenin head” plaza/ area. I walked a couple times at night and had no issues whatsoever.
