The hotel grounds are beautiful and spacious. There are entertainers, playgrounds, a pond with ducks and fish, and swimming pools. The room is clean. The only downside is the noise.

A hotel that has remained from Soviet times. Positive side - have AC in nubers, they do have animation here. Food is good and quite healthy. Not very good sides - Numbers are extremely old, only 2 power sockets in room. Beach is very stony. The housekeeping staff is good, the receptionists are good too, it was worth what I paid.

We stayed at the Alfa for a month on 6/2025 and were very happy with our choice. We stayed at the Superior room on the 28th floor for 3 weeks and then tried for one more week a Standard room. Alfa has the best of the Izmailovo locations, being nearest to Partizanskaya Metro. Another benefit is, of all the Izmailovo hotels, without doubt the most efficient and friendly check in service. This matters when traveling for business.

This long-established five-star hotel still holds its own. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. There's a shuttle bus for the exhibition, making it very convenient. It's close to the subway station, and there's a Georgian restaurant nearby that's incredibly delicious.

Amazing place to stay , but there is no coffee shop or halal restaurant you can walk to it

I found this to be quite an old-fashioned hotel. Honestly, whether it was the lobby, the room fixtures, the internet service, or the breakfast, I felt they were all just mediocre. But then again, most hotels in Moscow are pretty much like this, so maybe I shouldn't have expected too much. Overall, I personally don't think it offers good value for money and wouldn't particularly recommend it.

It was good, but the fact that the swimming pool charges extra is simply unacceptable. I'm already on a tight budget in Russia, so even though I brought my swimsuit, I couldn't go for a swim. However, the dinner menu at the restaurant was surprisingly delicious.

I have been staying at this hotel 4 times a year since 2020 and I have never been dissatisfied. The service is probably the best in Sochi, the food in the hotel restaurants and at breakfast is simply gorgeous. The lady at the front desk can communicate in English, but she doesn't have slippers, so she has to stand on the steps to take a shower, which is a bit uncomfortable. Mainly because it's very close to the airport. Yandex Go is just a taxi ride away, which is very convenient.

The shuttle driver was a bit rude, and the front desk guy didn't send the certification document he promised to send to my email, but fortunately I didn't need it later. The hotel room was pretty good, but the bedding was a bit old.

The check in process was too slow. I was tired and sleepy and I got to see chinese group was getting loud at check in counter. Then when my turn to check in, i was told to go to the other building, Alfa. When I was there, the girl doing the checking in taking too long…and on the phone a lot. I cant even stand and need to sit down because too much standing and waiting. At last i got my room at 9pm!...

Everything is very good, especially the swimming pool. It is also within walking distance to Moscow River Cruise.

The previous Ukraine Hotel has a very distinctive architecture and many people come here to check in. The facilities and hygiene in the room are very good. Nice hotel. Rooms are nice and well worth its price. It has restorant of different cuisines inside the building on some floors that i dont remember. We dined late at the Dvorik cafe, in general, it was good, only we waited a long time for food for almost 1.5 hours, although there were few people. I'm always on a business trip. This is a very friendly and welcoming international hotel. It's always packed with guests. The hotel is in a great location, right across from a currency exchange, a shopping mall, and a subway station. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

the room was comfortable & cleaned everyday although they didn’t vacuumed for more than ten days. the hotel is also very pretty & comfy.

The location is good , metro station is in the front of the hotel , there was many restaurants and grocery stores near the hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly specially( Natalia, Danial) every one of the reception staff were professional. I’d highly recommend this hotel. I’d also like to thank the reservation department as they helped me to celebrate our special occasions.

This hotel is located in a god position. 5 metrò stations from Sokoliniki and you will be near Red Square. The bearkfast is very goof, food has good quality and also various. Gym and pool with sauna are a great pleasure for every guest. Room has a right size and is clean. Staff is nice and efficient

At night, I asked the receptionist to leave my bags for three day and then I will collect them, she said it’s fine no problem but unfortunately at morning when I check out I ask the something ,they didn’t help me . They asked me to check in again after three days if I want to leave my bags (compulsory).

Very convenient location directly across from a mall that has a nice supermarket. Also some nice regional restaurants nearby. The reception was always super helpful and kind. The gym is a real gym with everything you need. The sauna and pool were great. I really enjoyed working out before breakfast.

The MRT is just opposite the building. There is an ATM machine on the 1st floor where you can deposit or withdraw money from Yoomoney card. I spoke with 3 receptionists and all of them can reply me in English and they are helpful. I definitely would recommend others if you want peace of mind

The hotel location is very strategic, very near to the metro station and just few station away from the red square. The hotel facilities are good as well, they have very nice gym and swimming pool. Highly recommended. And the hotel wifi can be easily connected, this is something rare in russia.
