- Tv remote was not found in the room. And in room 212, there was this constant noise like a fan or smth hindering sleep.

This is the best hotel I have ever seen in my life. Definitely 5 stars. Everything is very neat and clean, there are all the necessary accessories. I recommend it!

We came to Ulan-Ude for the weekend. Friends told us that a new hotel "Genghis Khan" had opened in the city. We decided to go there. We parked the car in the parking lot on the ground floor. The security guard walked us to the reception desk. The administrator Elena quickly checked us into our room. The "Lux" room is gorgeous, with a terrace. Everything is fresh and new. Cleaning was done every day. Breakfasts (included in the price) were on the first floor in the coffee shop. Divine breakfasts.... The girls from the reception said that soon a restaurant on the second floor will open. It's good that the hotel is in the center, because in the center there are several shopping centers, various stores, cafes. You can walk there. During our stay it was very hot outside, but we were saved by the fact that the room had some kind of cool air conditioner with a control system. We also wanted to go to the gym, but did not have time. Next time we will only go there. Cool hotel!

I liked everything, only take a suite room!

The beds are comfortable, space minimalism in the rooms. Everything is in a gray enveloping range. Accommodation can be without breakfast. Breakfast at the Shokoladnitsa cafe.
