+ Large room with modern amenities and a good view of the city from the 9th floor. Room and hotel area were clean. Prompt and pleasant service, in English :)
- The entrance to the hotel could be grander if the previously used main entrance with the two warrior statutes was used. The side entrance did not do justice to this nice hotel.

Nice hotel in the center of Ulan Ude, with underground parking. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good bed linen and pillows. The plumbing is in good condition, excellent cosmetics. Under restrictions, decent continental breakfast. Attentive, friendly staff.

The only 5-star hotel in this city, there is a fitness center with a swimming pool and a sauna, a Turkish bath (haman), a Mergen restaurant, bar 12 that works around the clock, warm underground parking, rooms are located at the hotel itself on the 8th and 9th and 10th floors. The location is not far from the railway station, 20 minutes to the airport (not including traffic jams), the hotel is located in the Buryat Business Center, the hotel is decorated in European style, everything is fine in this establishment, I recommend it!
