I don't know why the pictures make the hotel looks like it's new , but when I visit the hotel every thing was old , bugs , smells in the bathroom, the bed sheets was dirty and old too, we where 3 persons in a small room and we tried to change the room but we couldn't because there were no vacant room
The ppl work over there was so nice and so kind , they tired them best to make us happy ,
I guess with small effort from the owners the hotel can be better.

Nice hotel in the city center. There are, of course, minor inconveniences. But, the price is roughly equal to the quality. The food was very tasty. The pancakes were fantastic!
The location is very good, 10 minutes walk to the Mother's Heart Mosque, 15 minutes to Grozny City. The room is large, spacious, there is everything you need. There is a water cooler on the floor.
I didn't like the hotel. Dirty, a lot of things in the room were broken: the wardrobe was held on two loops, there were no batteries in the remote control for the air conditioner, the bed did not smell fresh.
Sleeping on mattresses was not comfortable.
The impression was that the hotel was originally built and there was good service, but now there is not enough master's hand and control.
There was no hairdryer in the room, but it was possible to take it at the reception.
The lack of a lift upset many of the tourists in our group.
For breakfast there was porridge, boiled eggs, tomato, cucumber, cheap sausage, and fried bread in an egg. The pancakes were delicious with condensed milk.
The wifi worked very well.
There was always water in the cooler - this is a plus!
Convenient location: close to the pedestrian street and the market.
I give three stars, I can't give more.

I didn't like the hotel, given that the check-in was on 12.06.21 at 14.00, we arrived at 18.00. My wife and I wanted to move into room 401, but it was disgusting, the smell of a smoky room, and a non-working toilet, with an open cistern, there was a puddle of water on the floor. We were offered to replace the number on N409 only with a 4-bed room, the story was similar, the worn out and stained carpet, and a dirty toilet bowl. From the entrance to the room there was no desire to take off your shoes. The hotel management is signaling to take action. It is not possible to give answers to clarifying questions here. I hope everything is detailed.
