Great place. Breakfast buffet, lots of choice. Friendly and helpful staff. Fully corresponds to a five-star hotel. Gym, swimming pool, sauna, hamam all inclusive. On the first floor there is a local attribute store - a club for MMA fighters - Akhmat. The number one choice in Grozny, if I come again.

Excellent hotel. You can find a couple of little things to find fault with, but there is no such desire. I liked everything. It was very nice to receive congratulations from the hotel on my birthday: a bunch of balloons, a couple of wonderful desserts and a card with wishes written by hand were waiting in the room. If we return to Grozny, then definitely to this hotel.

The hotel is super! Nice and hospitable staff, comfortable rooms, and prices... the prices will surprise you! Very inexpensive for this level with a delicious breakfast. Nice rooms are complemented by a beautiful view of the city

There are simply no complaints, there is nothing to find fault with, as they say. I don't know why some commentators wrote about the service, we arrived at 2:00 PM, there were 2 girls at the reception, despite the fact that there were 2 more families waiting to check in, as a result, in 5 minutes we were already in the room. The building is gorgeous. The service is calm and precise. It took just a few minutes to check in. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is large and ergonomic. Restaurant on the top floor of the fine dining level. Breakfast is a buffet, the assortment is gigantic. The coffee is great.

Magnificent, modern hotel in the very center of Shali. Spacious rooms, great views. There is free internet. We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The rooms are new, clean, and stylish. Just a heads up: the beds are single, so if you're concerned about sleeping on a double bed, be careful. The bathroom has three towels per person, dental kits, toiletries, and slippers. No robes. Breakfast is served in the dining room on the ground floor. The food is varied, and even in the morning you can find full meals...

New, clean hotel. Beautiful room. But... at 28°C, the air conditioning doesn't work, and it turns out it hasn't been turned on yet because the heating season hasn't ended yet!!! Why claim there's air conditioning if you can't use it? My husband barely survived after his stroke :( We ended up opening the balcony, but mosquitoes bit us.

Everything is great, super clean, the towels are crisp. Breakfast is great. Very pleased!

Everything was very perfect and outstanding. The room is very modern, clean and with excellent quality amenities. The receptionist was a very professional man and very polite and helpful. The security at the entrance also very polite and kind.
