Great place. Breakfast buffet, lots of choice. Friendly and helpful staff. Fully corresponds to a five-star hotel. Gym, swimming pool, sauna, hamam all inclusive. On the first floor there is a local attribute store - a club for MMA fighters - Akhmat. The number one choice in Grozny, if I come again.

Excellent hotel. You can find a couple of little things to find fault with, but there is no such desire. I liked everything. It was very nice to receive congratulations from the hotel on my birthday: a bunch of balloons, a couple of wonderful desserts and a card with wishes written by hand were waiting in the room. If we return to Grozny, then definitely to this hotel.

There are simply no complaints, there is nothing to find fault with, as they say. I don't know why some commentators wrote about the service, we arrived at 2:00 PM, there were 2 girls at the reception, despite the fact that there were 2 more families waiting to check in, as a result, in 5 minutes we were already in the room. The building is gorgeous. The service is calm and precise. It took just a few minutes to check in. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is large and ergonomic. Restaurant on the top floor of the fine dining level. Breakfast is a buffet, the assortment is gigantic. The coffee is great.

Decent hotel, rooms are good, location is convenient, staff are friendly

Magnificent, modern hotel in the very center of Shali. Spacious rooms, great views. There is free internet. If you are lucky, the front windows of the hotel will overlook the majestic mosque "Pride of Muslims" named after. Prophet Muhammad. In the evening, fantastic light illumination, light fountains around. Breakfast is included in the room rate. I recommend.

Polite staff. We arrived late in the evening, but there were no problems with accommodation. The room is large and cozy, with soft, comfortable mattresses. Were accommodated in a triple room. A wet towel was found behind one of the beds. Of the toiletries, there was only shower gel, there was no soap at all. Despite the fact that we were in the hotel for more than one day, these accessories were not replenished. Breakfast is the same, it is porridge, fried egg, cheese, sausage, bread, coffee, tea.
