You can rent a room or a house, dining room, billiards, well-decorated exterior: lawns, MAFs, trampolines. You can rent a cottage and barbecue area. Or you can just go to the beach for 300 rubles and take a free sun lounger.

The hotel complex is located in a pine forest, on the lake. There are entertainment for both adults and children. But the rooms and houses are not very clean and repair and replacement of furniture is already required. The restaurant takes a long time to serve, but it's delicious.

Just to nature, to breathe in the fresh air, and to look at our pearl of the South Urals, the nature of our region is amazing! Excellent spiritual place for family holidays.

We rested here for 3 days in August 2021. We rented 2 houses. We were lucky with the weather - we had time to swim, sunbathe, take pictures in the evening at the pantone, arranged an evening disco! In the houses, everything is done for a comfortable stay: a toilet, a shower, a heated floor in the bathroom, a stereo system, a TV, an electric kettle and a microwave with a refrigerator. Great playground...

A good place. Nice clean houses, grounds. Sand on the shore and in the lake. The entrance to the water is smooth, the lake is shallow. The remark of the administration - to check the cleanliness on the shore more often, when they were - as in the morning there was rubbish, fragments from bottles, they left, no one cleaned it.

We rested at the base from July 4-9, 22, we liked everything, the territory is good, the beach is excellent, I would like a closet in the house, but of course things were laid out. The wish that there were no local residents at the base. We'll be back, thanks

The place is just great! Perfect for a family vacation. For holidays with small children there are all the amenities in the house. And shower and toilet and cartoons on TV if you are tired of walking and swimming) everything is very comfortable, friendly staff! We have already gone 4 times, we were 100% satisfied. And what evenings on the veranda in front of a fire burning in the grill ... Uhhh .....

From the first time it is difficult to find the entrance. The territory is dirty. The toilet is scary. The house warmed up for a long time. The house is not bad. There is a column for music. No water was found. They brought their own.

The base is located on the shore of the Polikarpovsky pond. There are well-equipped, volleyball, football and other grounds. The only negative is that you have to shake a little on the bumps (500-700 meters). But this is not critical and will not spoil the impression of visiting this place. I recommend to all lovers of healthy lifestyles.

Poorly developed infrastructure in the middle of the cottage village

Were from July 5, 2021 to July 9, 2021, we chose a comfort house (cold and hot water, toilet bowl, shower), the beds do not creak, comfortable, clean, but savdep, it didn’t matter to us. The beach is clean, the lake is clean, clear water, you can see everything, the bottom is sand. From entertainment: a simple shooting gallery, cotton candy, rental of bicycles, hookahs, catamarans, surfboards. There...

We went to this base for a day at the end of February. We arrived from Chelyabinsk later than agreed. In the ticket, a house was handed over to us under one number, but the administration said that they would give us another one. But not the point. We rented a comfort house. There are 2 large heaters in the room, it was sooooo warm, despite the minus outside the window. There is a shower, toilet, sink...

We came for a day on March 1, a complete delight! Also got lucky with the weather. We fried a barbecue in the evening, walked up, breathed fresh air, had a wonderful rest on my birthday! Thanks

They are dirty, stink and lack at least some understanding of the service: I rent a room for 3,000 rubles a day for two without meals. Why do I have to do laundry myself for this money? Why is there no toilet paper or basic soap? Correctly. People are moving anyway...
