We rested with a company in July 2021. I am writing as it is, I booked back in 2019, but due to the 2020 pandemic, Crimea was closed to non-Crimeans, the hotel went forward and rescheduled the reservation for 2021 .... From the moment we entered the parking lot, jambs began . The entrance is always open, the parking lot is small, you constantly have to turn around and look for a place. At the reception, if, of course, this word can be applied to this hotel, they could not find an advance payment, I had to look for a payment in the mail. They insistently asked to pay in cash, there is generally a problem with terminals everywhere except the restaurant, and they are not happy with cashless payments. The administrators of the ladies from the Soviet times in the bad sense of the word, reminded the ladies of their passport offices, although not all administrators are like that there. There are adequate ones. When checking into the room, they were strictly instructed not to give the remote control from the conder to the children, not to throw paper into the toilet, etc., like nothing like that, but already unpleasant. Especially for such a price tag. Medium category rooms, old furniture, showers. But clean in terms of - in the room there is no dust, dirt, the tables are clean. Minus-on the balcony cobwebs, stains. When cleaning the room, they never wash the bathroom mirrors, if you throw towels on the floor, they will not be replaced, but carefully lifted and hung. Change every 3 days, foot towel 1 for 2 people. There are no words. Beach towels for 10 days have not been changed even once, the feeling that the previous guests of the room did not change them either. Accordingly, there is no water for drinking, no disposable slippers, soap and shampoo from cosmetic accessories. They don't report anything. They bring toilet paper, the paper is good. I. On the territory there is a dining room, a cafe, a restaurant, everywhere tasteless and expensive. But no, in the dining room is very tasty - delicious pilaf. And in the restaurant - borscht and a cocktail. In the cafe, cocktails are somehow diluted, but the staff of the establishments is friendly. A lot of vacationers with dogs in the hotel. in the room where our relatives lived, vacationers with a dog lived in front of them, and after checking into this room, a small child was bitten by fleas. The same dogs go to the toilet in an unknown place, I didn’t see it myself, but they reported that dog poop was on the beach. Gobies and glasses from bottles are lying around. During the rest, an unpleasant situation occurred - near the tables reserved for the number of our company there were children's toys, and so one of them was stolen, they asked to look at the cameras, the administration seemed to respond adequately at first, they said they would come, but during the day the question did not has been resolved. And when they came up to them, they sent us, you said that because of the toy, we won’t show you anything. Of the pluses, the sea is nearby, clean and warm, they try to clean the beach, but in some places they still have poop and gobies. Loungers, tables just enough. The beach workers are trying Well, in pursuit, there are a lot of mosquitoes. I will add a positive review - the cleaning girls are friendly, they always ask when it is convenient to come when the child wakes up.

Near the dining room 'cutlet' leaves much to be desired. I am generally sad that I cannot feed a child like this. Everything is somehow dirty, in incomprehensible trays. Tables are sticky. Well guys read already how to work. Well, it's impossible.
The houses look nice but the beach is public. Such a vacation🤦‍♀️ well, who likes to be in a heap of norms, especially in the season. I don't understand this.

The hotel survives. As in the children's camp, they reprimanded us for the sand in the shower and in the room, despite the fact that there was no water for washing our feet on the beach. For 3 days they asked to fix the faucet in the bathroom (there was no cold water at all, only boiling water), only when they already indecently and emotionally announced this, at 21 o'clock plumbers came. Change of towels every 3 days, bed linen every 5 days. A huge number of living creatures and mosquitoes, cobwebs. The windows are not washed, from cosmetics: shampoo and soap (1 per person, not reported). Towels for feet for 5 people 3 pieces, let me remind you, for 3 days. We won't be back and won't recommend to anyone. Although this place has fans, the administration usually appeals to them, praising the hotel. The proximity of the sea slightly improves the situation. I add: there are also fleas in the room after the tenants with the dog....
