Sunrise Hotel in Feodosiya

We rested at Sunrise in August 2021. Location 100 points! From the room to the sea 20-30 meters, very convenient with children, the room has a shower with hot water, a bathroom, a small refrigerator. The rooms are good, however the service is poor. We took rooms with breakfast, breakfast is ordered a day, the time, dishes, and the number of people are indicated. And here the most incomprehensible thing, despite the fact that the administrator allocates breakfast time "for the convenience of guests", this does not in any way affect the timeliness of its serving. Arriving at the appointed time at a table on the terrace of the "restaurant" guests expect breakfast to be served from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. And it’s lucky if they don’t forget about you at all ... Yes, they will forget, the waiters do not record which of the guests is and at which table. There are no plates with numbers or other designations on the tables. In fact, you notify in advance the time of your arrival for breakfast, that you do not notify, the serving time does not change at all, having lived like this for 7 days, you just began to come to the table to designate your number and then go off to sunbathe and swim, so as not to sit at an empty table in waiting for a miracle. Be prepared for the fact that the rooms may not be cleaned, referring to the fact that there is a lot of workload, there are a lot of departing and new guests .. will they clean your room today or not, because the time is already 18.00. The cleanliness of the beach is 8 out of 10. Every evening people pass by and collect trash after careless vacationers who cannot clean up after themselves! However, after the sea waves carry a lot of algae to the shore, they are not removed and the entire shore is littered with them. The waves drag these algae along the coast and, as a result, near the coast, where children swim, the grass, muddy algae, constantly dangles. It is clear that it is impossible to constantly monitor this, but at least in the morning it is possible to remove what was washed ashore by the waves, again a question to the beach administration. Prices in the high season are not low, but the quality and level of services provided lags behind. I would also like to note that it is not so easy to leave the city from the beach, every 20 minutes a bus of route 4 goes along the highway, but the whole trouble is that every flight is jam-packed, if you are relaxing with your family, it can sell up to an hour until you get a bus that you can fit with the whole family. The same goes from the city to the hotel. The town itself is small and it is convenient for vacationers, all the entertainment is in the walking route zone. In general, we were satisfied with the time spent, despite all the disadvantages. We hope that these disadvantages will be paid attention to and corrective work with the staff will be carried out.

The hotel is good, the staff is friendly, the beach is clean, there are sun loungers. the food is very tasty, be prepared that the prices are restaurant, there is a 20% discount for guests. Breakfasts are included, the wait for breakfasts is sooo long. The place is beautiful.

Luxurious place. Houses right on the seashore, in harmony with nature! Very quiet and beautiful! A huge plus is its own guarded parking (one of them is covered, protects the car from the sun's rays) and sun loungers with mattresses are included in the price. Upon check-in, they issue a discount card that gives a 20% discount on the menu in the restaurant and 50% on attractions. I will advise all my friends and on my next trip to Feodosia I will, of course, stop here! Thanks to the owner of the complex for an unforgettable stay. It can be seen that a person treats his work with soul!
