Very great location. Five minutes away from the sea, cozy, clean, just awesome. Rooms are clean, spacious and have everything you need. There was not enough hair dryer, but this is already a trifle. Nearby there is a cozy cafe where it is fashionable to have breakfast.

Visited while on a business trip. The room was clean. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Cleaning every day. Acceptable prices. Cozy rooms with their own balcony. Will definitely stay next time!

Excellent guest house, very comfortable rooms, clean, tidy. The courtyard is just amazing. There are no problems with water in the bathroom. The rooms have everything you need. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance. There is a 24-hour front desk, which is important. Amazing, we will definitely come again.

Wonderful place, great stay. In the room everything is thought out, there is a safe, air conditioning, hair dryer. Everything is included in the price. We ordered in advance because we wanted to rest comfortably and inexpensively in Feodosia. Over the balcony hang clusters of grapes, all in greenery, the place is very pleasant, the staff is not intrusive.

Good location, clean guesthouse. The furnishings of the rooms, unlike a number of other small hotels, are not "Soviet". In my opinion, there are not enough seats for eating in the patio, otherwise no complaints.

Everything is good, corresponds to the description, plus the local flavor. The room was on the 2nd floor and when we went out onto the terrace in the morning we felt like we were in Odessa ..... A small patio where Aunt Sonya lives on the right, Sarah and Abram on the left and tomatoes grow right below us. A fumigator is provided against mosquitoes. Hot water goes well, a kettle, a hairdryer, a refrigerator...

We rented a room from 04/17-18/2021 and were very surprised and amazed that such a beautiful and charming place where you can spend time calmly. We lived on the third floor overlooking the city. The room is very comfortable and most importantly everything is thought out to the smallest detail. There is even a hair dryer and a safe (some big hotels can't provide such things). Very hospitable and lovely...

We stayed at the "Italian Courtyard 14, January 15, 2022. Kind, helpful hosts. Neat room. There are all conditions for living.

Friendly hosts, excellent chef, quality and affordable food. Walking distance to the sea, shops, food market. Room rates are not overpriced.

Nice hotel to stay! It is located, although not in the center, but close to sandy beaches with clear water. Not far from the embankment. The hotel has very friendly, friendly hosts, reasonable prices and, if you wish, you can order food. I liked everything very much!
