I want to share my impressions of staying at the PapaYa recreation center with our family. There are a lot of reviews on the net, as well as photos. We really enjoyed. Very cozy, green area, many different flowers, shrubs and trees. There is a small fountain in the center. Beautiful territory, many flowers, tall trees that create shade and comfort, private beach, sunbeds. Playground, swings, slides, etc. There is a barbecue area for 200r.

There is not enough parking space for all guests. The territory and landscaping look beautiful and well-groomed. The rooms are so-so, the bathroom is tired, our room smelled of sewage, relatively clean. You can't cook by yourself. Food in the dining room, you can eat, but there is a place nearby where it is tastier and cheaper. There is a beach, declared as own, no different from the rest of the beach...

A small, but cozy area with direct access to the seashore. There is a private courtyard for parking cars, fenced, has a lockable entrance gate. The rooms are compact, not replete with chic, at the same time, quite neat, the bathrooms are separate. The room has everything you need, split-system, refrigerator, TV. The patio is well arranged, which goes directly to the beach, where umbrellas are equipped...

Sea in two steps, the beach is sandy, the sea clean. However, after a strong wave causes algae, but the staff quickly cleans.

Great location, close to the sea and the park, very polite and friendly staff, you can order dinner for a very good price, tasty and satisfying, we were at work, satisfied with the service, the rooms are average, nothing special, but the service is excellent and it overlaps

We rested in September 2021, took a comfort room + with meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for 10 days. All liked it!!!! And the number and territory of the base and location, and of course the price !!!!! 👌😁 (then we continued our vacation in Yalta, where 5 days cost us much more 🙊)

The place is excellent in terms of location. Sea within walking distance, park, shops, market. The territory is clean, the staff is generally good, but there are exceptions. We took a budget housing option - in the room (?) a refrigerator, a fan, a wardrobe, a table, chairs, beds. Facilities at the end of the corridor (bathroom, sinks and showers), insects are frequent guests in the rooms, so ants...

The cottage is cozy, small prices, nice owners. Minus: the whole traffic flow of the crossing goes past the camp site. With the construction of the bridge of course things will change.

Swept across the coast of the Crimea and back in a "Wave". The sea is within walking distance, clean and free beach, the rooms are in "Wave" cozy, delicious cuisine, friendly staff and affordable prices! Will gladly come again)

All very good, don't believe the bad reviews people who compare holidays abroad with ours, otherwise we all, but the service is lame but I think will work out, Moscow was not built, and you want that in two years, the resorts of the devastation has risen, people are all friendly and polite as the staff and the population. Go to Koktebel, you will not regret.

Was last year the end of June. Loved it. Lived in building 1, no meals. Did not like the schedule of the pool-not worked. There were very few people - but this is the first summer of the Russian Crimea, then people will be more.

You have to be physically very well prepared! Long down the stairs, then the same amount up, and back! The top view is beautiful. There is nothing to do in the castle itself, well, I was not impressed

Hotel Good, pleasant! Jeanne, the administrator, is a wonderful person, pleasant and sociable! The rooms are clean and close to the sea! We liked!

Perhaps the best place in Crimea to stay with kids. They have thought about so many things to make little children comfortable and big ones busy. Absolutely loved the experience and service.

Best family hotel with a developed infrastructure, relict Park, comfortable beach complex and unique conditions for rest and treatment of adults and children of all ages. The entire infrastructure (from power-up animation) adapted for families with children from 0 to 16 years.

Three years I go with my family to this hotel. A divine place!!! Themselves from Vorkuta. Was in Turkey and in Egypt and in Europe. Now each year live with the thought that next year will be back in Porto Mare. All suggest. Kitchen-miracle. It is noteworthy that every year is better and regular customers with bonuses , discounts , benefits. All suggest.

Our favorite boarding house! Were at the beginning of June 2021. Ideal conditions for a family holiday have been created - spacious rooms, a heated pool in a green area, delicious breakfasts and excellent cafes! The staff is customer-oriented, help with everything and go to a meeting!

Excellent hotel for families. Nice place, private beach. Apartments and rooms, three buildings. Very calm and quiet environment. Hamam, sauna, 2 heated outdoor pools.

Great park and views. Lived on the second floor and fully enjoyed the rest. I liked the attentive attitude of the staff at the check-in and the absolutely inconspicuous maids. It seems that they were never even in the room .... Only by the cleanliness of the room you understand: people are working!))) Good place to stay with kids

Great Guesthouse,great people. Oasis-the smell of cypress trees throughout the boarding house and their abundance around. This is nowhere. The food was varied. The choice and taste. Art.programs for children and adults daily. The hotel,nelady. The rooms clean and comfortable-friendly staff. The main building is old, like demolition and the only negative that is questionable and terrible unfinished...

People's cultural rest, cattle "Tagil" no. The service is decent. Recommend for stay with family. A Children's animation.
