Private accomodation in Crimea

A very hospitable hostess. Has all the amenities. Bus station near by. To the Central beach 15 minutes at a slow pace. A 5 minute supermarket PUD. All suggest. The cost of 800R/day.

The only negative is that there is no parking, but in Crimea there are practically none of them, a couple of paid ones, it is not known where, and the streets between the houses are sooo narrow

There is everything you need, a common kitchen with all the utensils and household appliances

The friendly hostess Ludmila has an excellent attitude and understanding. We went with a 2 month old baby, they accepted it unconditionally, they allocate cots, but ours slept in a stroller, we didn’t take it

They took the simplest room, for sleeping, in the standard room for two there was a double bed, sofa, shower, bathroom, TV with Russian channels, refrigerator, kettle, split, table with chairs, wardrobe, safe (included in the price), mini a terrace at the exit from the room and there is a table with two chairs, plus an individual clothes dryer

The sea is not so far away, you can go for a fee (100-200r. ) through the boarding house "Solnechnaya Dolina" or bypassing this boarding house

Very soulful! The hosts are super. Clean, comfortable, home-style, and not far from the sea. There is everything you need: in the room toilet, shower, refrigerator, air conditioning, porch or balcony

A typical private mini-hotel in Olenevka. Worth considering if you need a canteen that will cook sideways for you.

Pros: good location, near a sanatorium, there is a park, bicycles for rent, a lighthouse is visible, beautiful nature

The beach is a 5-minute walk away (for me personally, the beach is most "fused" in the Feodosia region, shell sand, crystal clear water, there is something to see when diving), there are several supermarkets, a market, cafes, in general, everything you need for a happy recreation! The owner Sergey is very friendly and welcoming, the staff is attentive and friendly

In the courtyard there is a separate large covered terrace where you can also sit, eat, drink wine. The car can be driven directly into the yard. There is a pond with fish, they are planning a swimming pool next year

Each room has a conder, a separate exit to the terrace, where you can sit outdoors at a table overlooking the sea. Renovation is fresh everywhere, bed linen and towels are snow-white, room cleaning every 5 days

There is a shared kitchen on the floor for 3 rooms, where there is everything you need for eating: a separate refrigerator for each room, microwave oven, sink, kettle, dishes, TV

We rested in September from 1 to 13, not the first time. Great hosts, attentive, caring. The rooms are clean, the kitchen is clean, the yard is in order. In the evening you can sit at a table in the yard

And most importantly, friendly and welcoming hosts. In general, an excellent combination of price and quality

For those who are used to 5 stars, then go to 5 star hotels, this is a hotel for families. Quiet, cozy, you can have a tasty meal. To the sea 15 minutes with a small child. If we come to Sudak, then only to this hotel

The territory is immersed in greenery. The rooms are clean, everything is there for relaxation. From the balconies on the 2nd floor you can see the sea. Joanna cooks herself, so it's so delicious

We were lucky with the weather in September 2021. But most of all I was lucky with the owner, hospitality at the highest level. Leonid drove to the market and to the pink lake

I recently returned from this hometown. Rested at the beginning of September. The place is ideal for a quiet, family vacation. The owners, George, Joanna and their son Grisha from the first minute become native people

And most importantly, we were late for the bus to Simferopol, Leonid drove to Simferopol in his car and did not want to take money

Great cafe with delicious food. Everything is under the knife. Delicious breakfast included in the price. The location is very good, away from the hustle and bustle of the village, but within walking distance

We lived with my wife in a hotel nearby. We went to Amidea for dinner. Who prefers hookah, I recommend. The hookah guy cooked it very tasty for us. And generally a nice place. We'll come here next time.

The village is actually small

The rooms are normal, BUT with a power outage, they just got sick of it, there is only one socket in the room, there are no glasses, no kettle, the biggest plus of the room is a balcony with a table and 2 chairs on the second floor

Good and nutritious breakfast included in the price. Prices for lunches and meals are overpriced in the dining room. The barbecue is very expensive

The playground is broken and not safe. Although it is located next to the sea, you have to walk to the city beach for 10 minutes

A cozy place for a family measured rest at a very reasonable price. The beach near the hotel is pebbly. The staff is friendly and welcoming. To the central embankment 20-25 minutes on foot

Bus 8D stops near the hotel, where you can get to the center, the bus station and back. The upper terrace is a cafe again with a beautiful view of the sea and a good menu

Not far from the central embankment of Alushta. It’s not VERY convenient to walk back during the day, and in the evening it’s not VERY convenient (to put it mildly), because The road is broken and without lighting at all

There is a regular bus, it rarely runs and does not run after 19. The sea is near! But the beach is rented by the Slavutich sanatorium, which brings its vacationers by bus, and places them on their own sunbeds

A plus is a rooftop cafe overlooking the sea, the food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, there are complex breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The rooms are clean, cleaning and change of towels on request

But the road is not paved, broken, from passing cars the dust flies on the balconies of the rooms (the hotel is right next to the road). Because of the same broken road, taxi drivers do not want to go here
