The boarding house consists of six buildings:

• Building №1 is located 250 metres from the sea. 2-storey building which has rooms category "Standard", "Deluxe one bedroom".
• Building №2 is located 200 metres from the sea. 4-storey building. Rooms categories: "Standard", "Standard superior", "Suite", "Luxury 2 bedroom". In this building on the first floor is located children room and Playground.
• Building # 3 is located 50 metres from the sea. 4-storey building. Rooms of category "Standard", "Standard improved".
• Building No. 4 is located 50 metres from the sea. 6-storey building. Rooms category "Standard superior", "Suite", "Luxury 2 bedroom".
• Building # 5 is located 10 meters from the sea. 6-storey building. Rooms of category "Suite", "Suite 2-roomed, Suite Studio". On the 6th floor is the dining room, gym, massage room.
• Building # 6 is located 50 metres from the sea. 8-storey building. Rooms category "standard superior", "Suite", "luxury 2 bedroom".
• Wellness centre in hotel "Morskoy"
