The long-awaited vacation passes with a bang. Polite staff. Respond to any request. Administrator Victoria is always ready to solve even a non-standard question. The cafe has a good breakfast to choose from.

Good location, excellent service, delicious food.
The rooms are stylish and clean. The territory is nice and clean. Children's pool no complaints. An adult pool is slippery, if you are with a teenager - keep in mind. In the Bar - Food 4 out of 5. Very tasty shashlik and mussels, but pasta is pasta :) Average pizza. Rocky beach. There are Animators for children, thanks to them separately. There is a games room and a small playground. Conclusion...
Very nice hotel! There is even nothing to add, since everything is at the highest level! And overall a great place! This year we will go there for the second time with great pleasure! Best wishes to all hotel employees!
We rested with my wife, child 1.5 years old, mother and grandfather in 2013. We took 2 rooms, one in the Villa junior suite (a bed and a sofa, in the bathroom there is a corner bath - convenient when with a child), the second in the hotel (also a bed and a sofa, but there was already a shower cabin). Air conditioners were in both rooms, slippers, bathrobes, bath accessories (gel, shampoo, etc.) were...

We rested in Hellas for the fourth time, everything is fine, very clean, the service is wonderful. Clean sea, good beaches, lots of places to eat. An almost ideal place for a family vacation with or without children.
We rested in early August 2021. family with a child. I liked it very much. Recommended. The sea and the territory are clean, there are shops with the necessary goods, a pharmacy. The staff are friendly and good-natured. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. "Traces of exploitation" are a little noticeable, but nothing critical. There is a variety of entertainments for children.
It was not the first time, but the last one for sure. The hotel management does not want to invest, the mattresses are terrible, the towels are like rags, the curtains are awful dirty, the sofas should be replaced. The car to the sea and back could be started up more often, an inconvenient schedule. One thing pleases the sea is clean, there are not many people, this is probably all the advantages.
A great place for a family vacation. This is not the first year we have been visiting this village and each time there are only positive emotions and impressions !!! Walking distance to the beach, opening hours from 7:00 to 20:00. In the shops there are products of everyday demand, payment by card and cash, opening hours from 10:00 to 23:00, there are no round-the-clock! A pharmacy is also within walking...
A very good place for families with children! Beautiful park, good infrastructure, clean sea, friendly staff. The only negative - due to the 10 km distance from Alushta, high prices for all goods, including fruits and medicines, so it is better to relax in your own or rented car.
