Description

The recreation center is located on lush green area, equipped for recreation for adults and children. The recreation center is suitable for a family, and also unassuming youth recreation.

Location: 8 km from Sevastopol, in the village Uchkuevka, 70 km from Simferopol airport.

Consists of 2-storey wooden cottages.

Only 210 seats.

Total area: 2 ha.

Beach: public sandy-pebble in 400 m from hotel, 3 line.

Cold water is supplied round the clock hot – on schedule.

Stayed for three nights with my son, not expensive 3400 for two gave ..., separate houses are wooden, two-storey ... we rented on the ground floor, a double room, the room has a shower, toilet, refrigerator ... a shared kitchen, separate, where you can make and drink tea ... really liked the Mokrousov beach, 7 minutes walk, white, hot sand and no stones, many cafes on the beach, with delicious pastries ... in general, not a bad place ...

The level is absolutely Soviet, and, at that, the early stages of building socialism :))) For some reason, the owners are not putting everything in order :( Although, it would be possible to make a wonderful recreation center from this base! At the same time, everything suited me (bed, bathroom, refrigerator , I didn’t need anything else, I just spent the night there!), I knew what I was going for! Yes, and the prices were appropriate - a penny :)))

Ala of the 90s. Not expensive! The cafe behind the administration is bad; go towards the beach; there is an excellent not expensive dining room. Purely comfortable and most importantly delicious !!! There is a kilometer to the beach! And so all the rules.

+ I like place except issue on security and theft.
- It was really disappointed me that hotel administration has not deciplined on employees who are cleaning room. It happened on 4th September I kept my bag inside room which contained foreign currency and cash rubles. I just went to seaside relaxing just carrying little sum of money along with me. But when I returned back discovered 15000 rubles and 1000 baht of currency was stolen. It must to responsibility of person who is in charge of cleaning room. I didn't complained it at hotel just fearing they would not believe me. Such incident would leave bad impression on hotel and staff. This has to be noted and reported
